In comparison with TangleTeezer-more smooth and smart detangling and significantly Less hair breakage on the brush, knots detangle faster, and it helps prevent split ends.

I discovered Lily England on Amazon and have bought several of their hair brushes and hot tools over the years. I have teens and I'm not spending £200 on hair things that they won't take care of! My girls love Lily England and everything has held up well.

Great products at a very affordable price. Hair straightener is better than GHD at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend this company.

I have used the lily England heatless Curl set most nights for over a year now - it is the only thing that holds a curl in my hair , and has also improved my hair health so much! It’s so good me and all my friends (including the bride) used it the night before we were bridesmaids in her wedding!
Another favourite product of there’s is the clear makeup bag which I use every day but is perfect for travelling.

Love all the products I’ve had from Lily England! They make such great gifts and I love using them for myself too. I use their tangle tweezer and make up brushes everyday. Would recommend!

I have had my Lilyengland hairdryer and straighteners for about 5 years now and honestly they are the best! 5⭐️ products and always 5⭐️ customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! It has nothing to do with social media ads. It doesn’t work, the hot air keeps blowing on one side only, when I tried the curling barrel after 5 min my hair was flat and frizzy… when I asked a refund they said too bad you read our refund policy where it says NO REFUND …they offered to give me a voucher to things I don’t t need from they store obviously..

Returned the straighteners - bad design in location of control buttons. During use, kept catching the buttons and adjusting the temperature.
Also I bought these under the impression that they were made in the UK as per information on the website and on Google, but that is not the case. They are merely designed in Brighton but made in China.

Order placed in July, no updates for weeks. I then receive an email stating one product is out of stock and asking me if they can refund that one product from the order. I agree and wait for the rest of the order. 2 weeks later, with no updates, I contact the company again to ask about the rest of my items. I get a barely legible response full of grammar and spelling errors saying that order was refunded.
This was incorrect, seeing as only one item had been refunded ( less than 50% of the order total).
When I reply to them stating as such, I get another terrible email with bracketed template items saying my order will ship {insert timeline here}

At this point, I ask for a full refund, which I am now awaiting.

Seems the company is plenty happy to keep your money until you actively work to get it back. Don’t bother.

Got the hair dryer brush for wifey and she loves it. Rose gold perfectly matches some of her other accessories. She's got a bunch of Lily England stuff on her wish list now so b-days and christmas just got easier. LIFE HACK!

Love the hot brush. Works so well on my hair and means I don't just leave it to air dry.

Have a great little hair brush from them which is the only thing that works on the back of my hair which gets tangled too and the rose gold is cute.

I got the 'Lily England' hairdryer brush rosegold edition. DON'T BOTHER! Nearly ripped my hair to shreds. Junk! Do NOT buy! Nice sounding name for the kind of tat expected from the place all tat comes from. I wish I'd read the spec more.

After seeing all the great reveiws on Tik Tok over Lily England products I decided to jump on the band wagon and order some of their products. Had a wee issue on my order but this was swiftly dealt with by Noriel and I received the Hot Brush which has been amazing.

I cannot praise the customer service enough and communicate was excellent too.

I bought some hair straighteners in September and had an issue with them this month. I contacted Lily England using the form on their website. They responded immediately and resolved the issue. Very clear communication and fantastic customer service.

I’ve never been able to blow dry my hair I took the chance to go with lily englands blow dry brush opposed to the much dearer brands and it did not disappoint! No need for hair straighteners today 😅 I would say the barrel is quite large which is fine for my long hair but you may struggle with shorter styles all in all a great product
