11 days and items still not dispatched

I ordered 11 days ago and up until yesterday, I hadn't received my items or any communication from Luna. I emailed and messaged through Instagram and did get a response telling me the warehouse was at fault but the issue had been rectified and my items would be dispatched.

I've still had no notice of dispatch so I messaged again, asking if my items would be dispatched today. I've had no response.

At this point, I wish I hadn't bothered to place the order and an left wanting a refund. Absolutely awful service.

Empty box delivered/Now sorted

When my purchase was finally delivered I received an empty box apart from some packing material!! I have emailed Luna-daily & currently awaiting a response.

EDIT:- I have received an email from Customer Services today 2/12/2024 & hopefully the missing items will be with me by the end of the week 🤞

My replacement order received intact today 7/12/24

No order, no customer service. Just silence.

So far I’ve placed an order and had -no- communication from them (no order, either… no order update, no idea on when they might send it… nadda. Silence)
I’ve sent an email and a facebook message… still total silence. Beginning to be get a little concerned that I might have wandered in to a scam or something. Any one got any ideas?
Edit: Update - after 2 emails, 3 facebook messages and leaving a negative review here on Trustpilot (in hopes they’d contact me) they finally reached out. And magically filled my order and delivered it the next day.
So they proved they can send quickly, they just elected not to with my initial order? Anyway… I’ve since found I can get it from other places so I won’t be ordering direct from them again.

Customer service doesn’t reply

Bought a bottle of the unscented body wash from Boots, absolutely brilliant and loved it, so I tried buying three bottles directly from this website. The product that showed up looked different - a darkish yellow colour rather than clear which the first bottle was. I emailed their customer service on 11 August to check that this was normal, got an automated reply, as at the time of writing still no actual response from them. So I dunno - maybe it’s fine / just unstable colour, maybe I got sent a dodgy batch, but their customer service doesn’t reply so who knows. I don’t feel happy about using it though so basically, I feel I just wasted my money. Won’t bother again which is a shame because I really liked the product originally.

Okay two things BOTh excellent!

Okay two things! First… these products are genuinely full of nothing toxic so that’s the most important
Secondly.. they missed out something in my order and replied immediately and also sent me my missing item and a mini of something else. I’m guessing it’s a small business I know it is female run and honestly 5/5!
