If I could give a minus star I would. They are NOT in London. They do NOT give money back within 30 days. They expect you to return their rubbish goods to CHINA at your own expense. Their products... See more

Poor Quality, Bad Correspondence & Too Stressful

Oh my! I wish I had researched a little more before placing an order. The dresses I ordered were seen on Pinterest and appeared beautiful. I ordered a M, size 10 and when they finally arrived they are more like a size 24! They are ENORMOUS on me! There are no contact details for the company except an email, and they are clearly NOT London based! Delivery took almost 3 weeks and emails are not responded to promptly. I have emailed and emailed trying to return the items but all they do is keep offering discounts if I keep the dresses. This goes on for days. The dresses cost almost £60 and whilst the material isn’t awful, it’s thin and of poor quality … definitely not worth the £30 each. Do not buy! The bank is now investigating the matter as this is clearing fraud! BE AWARE!

Scammers

Not even 1*
Clothing items are made from the most synthetic fabric I have ever seen and look like they have been thrown together in 2 minutes. Awful awful products and the fact you can’t return (well you can if you send to China!) is shocking - not even fit for the charity shop. That’s £95 down the drain. Scammers DO NOT USE. So upset.

I wish that I’d read these reviews before ordering!
My item still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails, haven’t had a single response. Very quick initially to respond with my payment details and invoice information though! I’ve now raised the matter with my bank.
I’ve given up trying to report this company to Ptrest , it’s complicated and beyond my IT capabilities.

Be aware ! Be very aware

Ordered online from an ad on Pinterest; who despite being made aware of the nature of lilyrose-London ; still allow them to advertise. The shirt I ordered was at least two sizes smaller than that ordered .i got no response when I tried to get a refund . To complain to Pinterest was like wading through treacle and in the end I done what they wanted - I gave up .

I wish I’d read the reviews before making my purchase

I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought from this dreadful company. Again, I was lulled in by Pinterest! The top I bought did not match their sizing chart so was far too small. Not only that, but it wasn’t the same shape and certainly not the same fabric! There wasn’t even a care label inside so I dare to think where they get their goods made?? I emailed to request a return and refund, they asked for photo evidence, which is ridiculous! I did it any way using a tape measure to prove it wasn’t the size they had advertised and now I’m getting emails saying they are very busy because of their spring sales and to bear with them. Reading the reviews, I rather suspect it will be an email excuse in a long line of email excuses!!! How are they allowed to get away with this! Absolutely awful!

I ordered a blouse from this company

I ordered a blouse from this company. It took some time to arrive but finally did, from China.
I want to return it as the quality of fabric is poor.
I have contacted company twice, by email and customer service stencil but have had no response. Their 30 day return policy is not being honoured.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY…

Please everyone be aware this company are scammers, they advertise pictures of lovely clothes and offer discounts to draw you in. I paid £42.94 for a dress on the 11th July have emailed and just being fobbed off. Share with family & friends do not purchase anything from this company. I would also like to know why Pinterest are allowing these scammers to advertise. They need to take some responsibility too. Please give this company a wide birth.

Be careful - DO NOT BUY

Be careful - DO NOT BUY FROM Lily and rose London Easy returns is an utter joke! They will take their time in responding, offer you silly refunds amount starting from 7% percent of the value of the order. State about carbon footprint and keeping the items.. I have to wait a month before starting proceedings against them. You have been warned.

I have still not received an item and refused a refund

I have still not received an item ordered on 6th July.
I have requested a refund twice and Dennis and Sophie respond with 'we cannot refund an order once processed'. Complete and utter nonsense as they most certainly can refund an order when there is no delivery and no shipment details.
Reading the reviews below, I am not expecting a refund but expecting a vastly inferior product to arrive sometime in the very distant future.
Absolutely appalling scammers.

My husband purchased 2 shirts =£50. Sent emails to Dennis asking for a return address & refund as when they arrived they were different Colours so unsuitable.
The replies were all the same offering discounts on more purchases.
They offer every reason possible as not to return your money.
This is a scam company and a disgrace . They take all monies from customers and a making a fortune through
Il gotten Gaines .
Pintrest really need to re- assess who they work with as this is disgraceful. I only put one star as there wasn’t a zero available.

They do not respond to emails or messages. Not even confident of now receiving the goods that I ordered. Not sure how some of these companies get away with trading how they do when they offer such poor, or non-existent customer service. Why does Pinterest think that it's okay to promote such awful companies?

LilyRose & KateLondon

This Chinese company also runs KateLondon. Also a scam company. Advertises the same clothes on KateLondon. If you order them they look nothing like that which was advertised. Rubbish clothes. DON'T BE SCAMMED. SPREAD THE WORD

The shirt that took weeks to arrive & was not what I wanted due the colour & material.
However, they offered me an extra 15% discount if I kept the item.
I have requested a return form but this has not been forthcoming. They claiming they are trying to protect the environment & questioned if I could purchase something else.
No wonder as It turns out their returns address is in China even thought the business is called Lily & Rose London.
I purchase most of my clothes on line, but will not deal with Lily-Rose again. All highly frustrating.
