Lots of different varieties and flavours. The small trays are great if you only need a small amount rather than having a tin open. Good value for money, especially when there is a money off deal.... See more

About Lily's Kitchen
Written by the company
Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.
For people, pets and the planet
We’re a certified BCorp. That means we believe in using business as a force for good. Here are a few of our guiding values:
Supporting charities
In the last 6 months we’ve donated over 28,000 meals to dog and cat shelters and we’re not stopping there. We’re always working on ways we can partner with charities of all sizes to help in any way we can, be it fundraising, donations or rolling up our sleeves and volunteering our own time.
Minimising our pawprint on the planet
From the way we work to improve our packaging (which is nearly all compostable or recyclable) to the cleaning products we choose for our office. Every decision has the planet at it’s core.
Being a BCorp and staying a BCorp
We are the founding UK BCorporation and every three years we re-certify by evidencing meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Still ripping off subscription customers
I have now cancelled my Lily's Kitchen subscription once and for all.
I had been a loyal subscriber to their canned wet Dog food and Salmon Chew Sticks for many years and used to receive emails from them, letting me know if there was an onsite promotion for 25% or 30% off and telling me when to place my subscription order to benefit from the discount, because it was more than the discount offered to subscribers.
Since they migrated to their new ecommerce platform, however, I haven't received any such emails and the first I know about a discount is if I see it advertised on one of their Facebook ads.
There now seems to almost perpetually be a 30% discount on all purchases made directly from the website, but the discount is via a discount code, so isn't automatically applied to subscription orders placed during the promotional period like it used to be. So basically, if you have a subscription and don't know about the promotion, you'll pay 15% more for your order than someone buying directly from the website on exactly the same day.
At first I thought it might be an oversight or a glitch in their new system but I have told them repeatedly about it and nothing has changed. They just say how sorry they are to learn how frustrating the timing of the discount feels and that they completely understand why this would be disappointing... But don't do anything about it.
I guess it was only to be expected when they were taken over by Nestle, as they're no longer a family run business that care about customer service, but just want to attract new customers, at the expense of their loyal subscribers, who are literally subsidising the discount enjoyed by everyone else.
I already cancelled my subscription for their wet food because I found a much cheaper alternative with 70% meat (and a great subscription reward programme) and I've now cancelled the Salmon Sticks and will probably look to get them somewhere too.
Lily's Kitchen have just lost a customer and a former advocate of their products

Fab Veggie offerings 🥕🥦
It’s so great to find some excellent vegetarian foods for our 5 month old veggie puppy. It’s reassuring to know, that we’re feeding him quality ingredients, which he’s thoroughly enjoying. Thank you 🐶💙
Super fast delivery and fair price
Super fast delivery and fair price. My dog loves treats from Lily’s Kitchen.
Great service good food
We have four kitties that have individual tastes but thankfully they all agree on the Lily’s Kitchen gravy multipack! Has lumps but can easily be mashed for the ones that don’t have many teeth. Good ingredients so I know they are getting good food. Buying direct from Lily’s means I can buy in larger box sizes and available as subscription gives a discount and I don’t have to remember to order each month. Great delivery service very prompt.
Good but expensive
Very good dog food for a now and again treat but far too expensive for everyday feeding.
