Extended flexible hoses
I bought a new set of kitchen mixer taps elsewhere and the length of the hose was slightly too short. Couldn't find anything over 600mm length anywhere except for here. Ordered 900mm which arrived promptly, were good quality and easy to fit. Excellent!

Good supplier
Had to replace flexible tap connectors but found they were a non-standard length not kept by local plumbing suppliers. Lime supplied from stock and delivered promptly. Cloakroom tap now usable again !

Lime K&B's service of matching tap hardware is brilliant. I took a photo of my valve, added the requested dimensions and they found a matching service part straight away. Highly recommended!

First class service.
Looking for ways to repair a control knob on a shower without going through an expensive purchase. Lime Kitchens and Bathrooms had replacement splines that I purchased and modified the control and the shower works brilliantly.
Parts were less expensive than rival companies and delivery was very quick. First class service.

Great service. Delivery wise, email confirmation was less definitive than what was on the website. I knew the item would take 3-5 days to arrive though but would be good to be informed which day the item would arrive at.
