The part identification service was, in this era of generally lamentable service, outstanding. It insured that i was able to service my existing kitchen tap rather than a very awkward tap replacement.

Good customer service and product
Good product, reasonably priced. They arranged for their supplier to deliver direct to speed up delivery, then when the carrier messed up they were very proactive in expediting. Great experience, will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience
Easy to find item I needed - tap spares are all well described on the website, unlike some others. Price was reasonable and order arrived on schedule. Searched more familiar sites first but couldn't find what we needed, glad there are people like Lime doing this.
