Beautiful wallpapers & helpful staff
We purchased wallpaper for our dining room and it looks great, the staff were helpful in advising on paste needed. Would highly recommend, they have some beautiful wallpapers that I've not seen anywhere else before.

Colleagues ordered a picture for me and they sent the wrong thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (anyone can make a mistake) and ordered something myself. No sign of it so I had to chase it down via Royal Mail only to discover LimeLace had sent it without paying any postage so I had to pay it. Again. I had paid postage with the original order. Until they sort out a better way of despatching goods I would advise you to go elsewhere.

This is a small boutique company, my only slight suggestion for improvement would be to speed up the returns service (labels, system notifications), but as it's a boutique company - it is perhaps to be expected. Thank you

Awful customer service, awful product
Purchased an £80 lampshade, thus you would expect a good quality product. It is the complete opposite. I have had the product for a couple of weeks and already it has fallen apart twice. When I contacted the customer service team for a replacement/refund, they weren't interested and have said we'll have to wait and hear what our manufacturers say. I have been waiting for 5 days and still nothing. I'm sure if it was the other way round and I wanted to purchase a product I would have heard by now. I understand LimeLace don't make the item but my contract is with LimeLace not the manufacturers and so should be issued a refund/replacement. Also, the lampshade looks nothing like the images on the website and I paid way over the odds for a very poor, quality product. Would never purchase from them again and strongly advise no one else to either. Shocking!!!
Poor service, long delivery and bad return process
Ordered an expensive clock back in January, and paid £5 for delivery (usually expect delivery to be free over £50 but nevermind).
A few days after ordering I was informed that delivery would be delayed until 5th March due to Brexit. Decided to wait, then when March came around I had to chase to get an update and was told it was delayed another 2 weeks. Waited again, and chased to be told now delayed until 5th April!
I understand delays happen, but that combined with me constantly having to chase for an update and no communication from Limelace was really frustrating.
Another two weeks and it was finally dispatched on 15th April (on a 4 day delivery service ) despite the fact I'd paid £5 for delivery and already waited 4 months. I asked if it could be express delivered since i'd waited so long and was told no.
The clock arrived, and unfortunately it was unsuitable. It has been photographed very well, because once actually on the wall it's so dark (it's an all black clock) you genuinely can't even tell the time on it, which wasn't apparent in the picture.
I've had to cover the return costs, which I've accepted, but then received my refund and they've not bothered to refund the original delivery fee. I asked if, given the scenario, they could refund and was also again told no. Bearing in mind the order was shipped straight from the supplier, so likelihood is limelace didn’t pay for the delivery costs anyway.
Just poor service in my opinion, since I patiently waited 4 months for one item. Won't order again from this company as it's not worth the hassle if you have any form of order issue or need to return.

The products ordered (lights) were actually very cheap gold looking and the return process was incredibly long winded. They are a uk registered company with a return address in northan Ireland. I therefore have had to pay £60 for the return of an item that really didn’t look like it was advertised.
The customer service around this was awful and quite frankly below parr. Don’t order from here, honestly not worth it.
Bad quality product
Bad quality product. Ordered a table lamp in gold from Lime Lace which upon arrival was a different shade of gold. Looked like it was a cheap spray paint job.
When discussed with their contact I asked if they would cover the cost for the return postage as the website image did not match and was advised that they would look at the lamp upon return.
Despite the obvious difference in colour they refused to refund the postage costs of £20.
Please do not buy from this company. Their attitude on a small lamp is ‘what do you expect - it’s only £65!!
Good when faced with a potential complaint
I bought some wall paper from lime lace a couple of weeks ago. I found the wall paper being sold by their supplier for a cheaper price. I contacted lime lace and after they investigated they refunded me the difference - no quibbles or arguments
I was impressed with their customer service and would buy from them again
