Laurie and Greg at Limitless have been brilliant to work with from day one. Greg was super responsive with the paperwork and bank queries, letting me know what was needed and roughly how long things would take at each stage. As a first‑time buyer with a delayed new build and lots of moving parts, having them both in my corner made the whole process much less stressful, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Melvin and the team were really helpful all the way through. Initially I came to them due to being a contractor and they managed to secure me a mortgage despite gaps. When I became permanent they then re-did the work to find me a better deal and kept me informed of opportunities to get better rates just before completion.

One nice-to-have improvement: a document checklist for applicants would be helpful to prepare in advance of submission to lenders. This is purely administrative and doesn't detract from the excellent service provided.

As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly she explained every step and how quickly she responded to any questions I had. She made everything feel much less overwhelming and I can’t recommend her enough.

We dealt with Nathan Moore at Limitless and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was friendly, thorough, efficient, communicative etc, and was always at the other end of the phone or email anytime we needed for clarification or advice. Ours was a very complicated process (combination of RSU income needs, BTL and limited company mortgages), and he did not once 'flap' or show any negativity when one path closed and we had to go down a different one, he just calmly gave us different options and was very knowledgeable on everything. Nathan also willingly liased with others for us (conveyancers, developer). We mostly dealt with Nathan but on occasion had messages taken by other members of the team and everyone seemed pleasant and communicative.

Laurie and the client services team made the whole process so simple; they were clear in all of the information needed, and made sure they found the best deal that was right for me. They were excellent in keeping me updated and informed throughout the whole process and took the time to explain everything to me, what options I had and answered any questions I raised.

I took out my original mortgage and have gone through two renewals with Limitless. The team there are fantastic, attention to detail and proactivity with updates help to take some of the stress out of the process. What I really appreicated is the teams transparency and integrity...when selecting products, I had advised if there are no cash back offers available for myself but high commission rates available for products which offerred the same/similar rates, that the team should advise me on these options so they cold maximise their earning. This request was respectfully declined with the key message of that their priority is making sure we get the right product/best possible deal for me and not for them. Kudos to the team and thank you Kim Barton for all of your help.
