I have been using MUMS Ltd for approximately 20 years now and Michael and his company have been a god-send during this period. MUMS Ltd has just helped me re-mortgage one of my London flats, which represents roughly the eighth mortgage/re-mortgage Michael and his team have helped me secure. From start to finish Michael, Sean and Alessia were instrumental in making the process pain-free, swift and efficient. Our main contact was Joanne who managed to find a mortgage supplier for our daughter with us, the parents, as combined borrowers. (Two borrowers one proprietor). She successfully challenged the mortgage supplier, who at the last minute, withdrew their offer on the grounds the building did not meet their rules. There was nothing in the rules to support their claim. The mortgage proceeded to completion. We were most impressed by the work of Joanne who kept us fully up to date and often one step ahead of the solicitor and mortgage supplier. Without her determination we would not have a mortgage. Fully recommend MUM.
