Booking a 16-seater Hummer 8 months in advance, only to receive a call just two days before your event, notifying you that it had broken down and might not be fixed in time, is truly frustrating. We recognize the impact this had on your plans and the expectations you had for your hen do.

While we did offer an alternative party bus as a solution, we understand that it wasn't the vehicle you originally booked. We realize how essential it is for everything to be just right for such an important occasion, and we're sorry that we couldn't provide the exact experience you had envisioned.

Regarding the payment, we genuinely apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding. Our policy which is attached to the emails we sent states and I quote "If and in the unlikely event, your designated vehicle is unavailable, un-roadworthy or unfit for purpose, we and/or the Operator will endeavour to obtain and replace your vehicle with an equivalent or better model, but we are unable to guarantee any specifications to said vehicles including, but not limited to, vehicle colour, interior features, decor or style of the vehicle. We shall only do this in exceptional circumstances and shall endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to notify you of any alterations. In the event of alteration, you agree that Exclusive Hire shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or disappointment caused or occasioned."
