Rolls Royce ghost amazing service x
Rolls Royce ghost arrived absolutely immaculate to take my son and his girlfriend to the prom! The driver called an hour before to say he was on his way and on time he was lovely also! He let us take pictures outside and inside the car and was very friendly to the kids! When arriving at the venue a limo was in front letting out passengers but the driver told the kids to stay in the car so he could pull up directly outside the venue and the kids could have there special moment for me that was so professional and a lovely thing to do I would definitely use this company again the service was impeccable Thankyou xx

I booked a BMW X6 to take my son to his prom. My son has special needs and wanted to go on his own rather than with friends. I told Exclusive Hire this when I booked and asked for a chatty driver to make my son feel at ease. They didn't disappoint, the driver (who I think was called Anand) was lovely and great with my son, he was smart and turned up on time and my son had a whale of a time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exclusive Hire and I would definitely use them again. First class service and thanks for making my sons day!

We used exclusive hire to hire a beautiful limousine for my daughters hen party. The company was easy to work with, the car was of exceptional quality inside and out, the driver was very friendly, arrived early, took photos and got our hen party off to a great start. There was even a big bottle of bubbly waiting for us. We would definitely recommend them.

After reading reviews of this limo hire company my expectations was obviously quite high but sadly I wasn't as pleased with our experience as most people appear to be. Music system did not work, the bubbly was undrinkable (Charlemagne), no champagne flutes to drink from just an unopened pack of paper cups left in the wine chiller, I had an unpleasant disagreement about the end bill as an extra £95 had been added so make sure you have a copy of your original bill and overall I believe I paid far too much for not the best experience. The only consolation was the driver was quite nice.

Many thanks to Jay who, at short notice, arranged a beautiful black Ferrari Portafino to join my mum’s funeral cortège and add to the glamorous send off she was given in keeping with her showbiz life. The driver dressed smartly and appropriately for the occasion, which was appreciated. A very sad but beautiful day.

I am only providing a 1 rating as there is no option to provide a 0. I booked a Porsche with them in January for a wedding in April. I got a call the day before the wedding to say the car had been written off yesterday, I found out from the supplier of the car that the Porsche was actually written off 3 weeks ago. Yet the company failed to inform me, I could have sourced another car if they had informed me. Then I was offered a Range Rover in place of the Porsche, according to them a Range Rover is of the same if not better quality than a Porsche. I specifically told them on the phone that I did not want a Range Rover and wanted a refund. They sent an updated terms and conditions form with the Range Rover, I did not sign the form or provide any verbal confirmation of my acceptance to have the replacement car. They themselves cancelled the order the following day without providing my £400 deposit. Since then I have also found that they charge £1000 for the Range Rover and yet rival companies only charge £600 for the same model.
I have reported my concerns to trading standards as this is a horrible way to do business, they ruined my wedding day and then refused to provide a refund because their car was written off 3 weeks ago and I refused to have a Range Rover in place of a Porsche.
I never give negative reviews as I understand we should help small businesses but I would urge anyone thinking of renting a car to look elsewhere as this company is not cheap and they break their own terms and conditions and try to make out that it is the customers fault and then keep their hard earned money and ruin their event.

As you are AWARE when we was confirming your LAST MINUTE changes we had found out that this vehicle was involved in an accident, we had contacted you straight away and TOLD you the situation. When I spoke to you and your partner whilst you was having your MEHNDI. I offered you your money back or two other vehicles which was more than an UPGRADE these where the NEW RANGE ROVER SPORT SVR these vehicles where in White or Blue. Over the phone you and your partner confirmed you want the white SVR which is a £110,000 4x4. After confirming, we sent the confirmation over to you and also had booked this vehicle on a loss as your job was a 10 hour booking for a £1000.00 Not only have we lost more as we had to cross hire this vehicle from another company but we bent over backwards to accommodate for you. If you wanted your money back you should have stated that a not messed us around and cancel last minute! For future if you want to cancel a booking please don’t mess people around as this is a waste of time and money. Also just to state that it’s not nice to threaten or Accuse/Abuse people of wrong doing until all facts are heard. Also to add to insult SUKI you say your a woman of GOD so why lie? Ask yourself did you not ask to me to book this RANGE ROVER SVR

Proper scam, we spoke to them yesterday and ask for 10 kids and 1 adult to be in the booking. Said yes, and now refusing to honor what they have said. Have the recording to prove our wording. Transferred money to account and they do not want to refund. Unethical and liers. I will make sure everyone knows about it. I work in service industry and have not seen anything like this. On the recording guy's name is Jay and main person is Anand who took money into his account
