Impressive customer follow up
Impressive customer follow up. I planned to but a kitchen extractor fan but ordered while on holidays in Adelaide. I was contacted by Sean to confirm it wasn’t a scam order. Was the helpful in explains how to get the order moving. Great work that they have internet security but follow up in person.

Love the fridge
Love the fridge. It’s really nice and quiet and looks great. There is however no light in the fridge - this was a missed opportunity. Also the drip tray doesn’t fit under the fridge properly. All in all this was one of the cheaper mini fridges and it’s pink, so I don’t regret it, but a light would have been great.

We have confirmed the issue with the delivery is on StarTrack's end, not at Linarie. StarTrack have procedures in place to prevent fraudulent activity and their drivers use their discretion in these matters, which is what has happened in this case - unfortunately there is nothing we can do with these procedures, except to verify your address, which we have done.
