Ordered the merebel fridge freezer on Tuesday at 3.45 over the phone. Spoke to an irish girl named Stacey. She was brilliant and so professional. 48hours later I had what I ordered. The fridge freezer in perfect condition. The delivery guys were spot on. Very professional. Unpacked it, installed it and took our old one away. Honestly I've never had such a seemless experience with a company involving a delivery. Thanks very much guys. Wish more people were like you.

This fridge is only 6cm narrower then my previous LG side-by-side fridge yet the internal areas are significantly smaller.
There are not as many shelves on the doors and these shelves are not deep enough to safely hold tall bottles.
Please have your designers look at an LG fridge and aim to provide more usable interior space.
The reason I bought the Linarie was it was the only side-by-side fridge that would fit in the cavity of my new home.

Ordered a fridge online, and was delivered on the bext working day.

Don't buy, looks pretty but such a waste of money as first new fridge I've bought. Freezer storage is a joke, compartments are so small I can't even have ice trays in there.. Lower drawer needs to be taken out to access, there are constantly water drops at back of fridge, and if u turn temp up fridge freezes. Just opened freezer and there are water droplets everywhere. Very dissapointed 😢 looks so nice but please don't spend the money

Good customer service, quick delivery

I made my online purchase on the 15/03/2024 expecting to receive the appliance by the 30/03/2024 at the latest. I made an enquiry on the progress of my order on the 25/03/2024 and was advised that the order had been stuck in the system. I was quite annoyed as I had arranged a stone mason to cut the bench top out to fit the appliance. I requested if the delivery of my order could be expediate so that it could be delivered by 02/04/2024. To date I have not heard from anyone.

Such prompt delivery and well protected by the packaging ,which was easy to unpack in my new holiday cottage.

I had a smooth experience ordering my Linarie product. No hassles , it looks great and took almost no time to arrive at my doorstep . Highly recommended

I spent a considerable amount of time researching wine fridges after having a not so great experience with 2 Vintec appliances.
The Lecavist 168 bottle single zone was the one I chose, initially because of price (unbelievable) but then because of the amazing customer service assistance I was receiving.
Now that the fridge has arrived and been almost filled, I am so far thrilled with my purchase. It is very quiet and efficient and the digital temperature readout is extremely accurate.

The linarie team we so great at emailing and calling to keep me informed about my preorder. The logistics company that delivered the fridge were friendly and game me plenty of notice before delivery.
The fridge itself (Belley in pink) is so cute and exactly what I was looking for. The shelves in the fridge and door are all adjustable, giving me loads of options (possibly too many lol). Only complain so far is the bottle holder inside the fridge does struggle with a full load of bottles, popping out the channels when loaded.

We had a broken glass top within the stated warranty period and it was replaced very quickly. Easy, friendly customer service, a rarity these days.

The fridge is good. Customer service is very nice and helpful. Special is the delivery team. They are the best delivery team i have meet. 5 star for service!!

So obsessed with my new PINK fridge, looks beautiful, only had it a few days and seems to work well, wish it come in a bigger size though.
Ordering and delivery was easy, the transport people unpacked it and bought it upstairs and took my old one away.

I pre ordered a mini bar fridge in mint green for my daughters 15th birthday, Betty was very fast and efficient in answering all my queries including delivery on days I was home. Delivery Was made on top of a pallet which was absolutely fantastic as it was kept off the ground until we brought inside- When it Was a cpl of days before delivery we had a change of mind in colour and Betty went above and beyond to make sure we got the light pink colour instead. The price was amazing and is the only bar fridge that offers a freezer in nice colours with a bigger litre capacity. Super dooperly happy would recommend and would definitely order from the company again. Special thanks to Betty also your an asset to the company.
