I wish there were ratings before I ordered and I hate giving them even one star because no option for zero.
NOT organic. really bad material. not what I ordered. bad bad colours. so much is wrong with these cloths I could go on and on......and when I go to return they offer my a gift voucher for another purchase! I am SO annoyed by everything to do with this company.
I am trying to get money back through buyer protection - I would encourage others to do the same

They are a scam - the clothing shown is not what is sent. The quality is horrific. The sizing is completely incorrect, out of proportion and illogical.

The fabrics delivered are not what they show in the pictures nor what they described - the fabrics are cheap - smell like chemicals and are 100% bad for the human body and the environment.

Customer service is non existent. Even thought they say 30 day back guarantee - they lied.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Worse quality than the dollar store clothing. Sent me clothes that wasn’t made out of the same material as advertised and not the same colour or sizes either. When I asked for a refund they offered me 3 USD what ever that means. Iam currently disputing charges with my credit card company. Anyone else who was scammed should do the same. Terrible company......

They are scammers! I bought with Paypal Lucky me! I got a refund from Paypal... How many people got scam from them? They make money on people who did trust them! Please don't buy from them! It should have - stars for the rating.

Worst online store I've ever used.

Return policy is also a LIE, they refuse to give out their return address even after 10 emails back and forth.

I rather get Corona virus than shop here again.

I wish I could give Linencomfy far more less then even a star! The quality is so bad, I am at a loss of words and extremely disappointed. A cross-eyed drunken cat would have been able to make the clothing I ordered at least somewhat salvageable. This is complete garbage, like literally they took cloth that is barely even what I could consider cloth, and tossed it away to get rid of it somehow. What a scam! Buyers beware and stay far, far away.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would. This site is a complete scam and they will not give refunds. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. The clothes are ridiculous, cheap, smell like cigarette smoke, and are nothing like advertised. As another reviewer said, they offer a $5 gift card on a future purchase as their recourse for you hating your $100 purchase. I am not a mathematician, but even I know that math doesn't add up.

Complete garbage, and refuses a refund. Offered a $5 gift card for grievances, as if I'm ever going to order from their site again. Pathetic.

The product I received was in a completely different material than advertised on their website. It was supposed to be a knit material and it was very thin, cheap, polyester material.

When I contacted customer services they denied that the product is different and asked if it fits. Not really the point. I basically paid over $30 for a couple of bits of flimsy material.

SCAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!!! We all have the same problem with the leggings! There are so awful and I was so excited to wear them!! I'm so angry, normally I don't have problems ordering online!! I send them an email, but I don't think they will respond, reading your reviews! When they send me the tracking number I could see 'shipping from China', ... That was the moment I knew this was a mistake!! Please read the reviews!!

Gross clothing, horrible material. I can't even give the clothing away!!! Brutal rip off.

Ideally would give this company no stars. It is a total sham. I ordered from a picture of beautiful looking stitched linen leggings, in lovely muted colours, what arrived was printed polyester “things” don’t really no how to describe them, but definitely not the beautiful looking leggings from the picture. Put in a dispute with PayPal, got my money refunded. Avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible! Silly us for falling for this. If you email them, they respond offering something like, “I’ll give you 3USD gift card”. How nice that my $40 item was garbage, but you are giving me $3 towards more garbage.

Scams!! Fake cheap copies from the images the have on their site. Warning stay away from their site.

I would give this scam company zero stars if I could! Stupidly, I ordered 5 items! It took 8 weeks to receive 3 out of 5 pieces one of which were a pair of boots that were never received, would have been garbage anyway. Received 3 flimsy cheap printed on polyester pieces of garbage!Total misrepresentation, the entire website is a scam. Im so angry! There is no way to get them to give me a refund. I have filed a dispute with pay pal hopefully I'll get some kind of response.

this is on me as i didn't due my due diligence when purchasing but it took a few weeks to get the product and i was so excited to get it but when it showed up not only was it the wrong colour but it was the wrong material. i ordered black, showed up a horrid brown, was supposed to be a cotton/linen blend but is in fact polyester. took them a week to get back to my inquiry as it was chinese new year but now they are debating whether or not i actually ordered the pants. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! thankfully i didn't spend much if they refuse to refund my money.

RIP Off, Scam Artists. While they happily stole my 54.00 a month ago. They never filled the order, and never refunded my money. I emailed them 3 times, and all I got was an excuse that while they're clothing is sold at a great price, they are taking longer to fill the orders! It has been over a month now! They continue to send junk email asking me to buy more items, but they never sent me the items I've already purchased. I wish there was a way to bring a lawsuit against them. Because obviously I'm not the only person this is happening to. On a side note, my PayPal account caught a fraudulent charge for over 300 dollars shortly after my purchase. I have a very strong sense that this is also the people behind this. Do Not Give These People Your Info. Total RIP Off.

Scam. I have been requesting for my order to be cancelled, they refuse and just send me emails stating the prices will go up if I cancel. Items still haven't shipped and now they've blocked both email addresses I used. So I have no way to contact them. I do no expect to get what I ordered anytime soon, if ever. lesson learned.
