This is a scam company. None of the items I received looked like the picture. I feel really silly because I should have known better. It's obvious from the pics they post that those pieces are high quality and would cost way more money than what they are sold for by Linencomfy. I received polyester and spandex basically. This company also goes by many other names so be warned!

I was going to purchase some items from this site, but after spending a very short amount of time there, something seemed amiss.

First warning sign I noticed, was that their "24 Hour Support" is only an email. Legitimate companies typically have additional ways to contact them.

Secondly, there are a number of spelling and grammatical errors, and sentences that don't seem to make any sense, all throughout the site.

Thirdly, the pictures of the items are ridiculously inconsistent. This is because they have been stolen from other sites. A simple Google search-by-image/reverse image search reveals this.

Fourth warning sign, and probably the biggest "stop here" red flag for me was their "About" page. This is what it reads: "Welcome to linencomfy.com. One place for all your needs at best prices. We are devoted to providing the kitchen, home improvement, outdoors, personal lifestyle, car accessories, and so on." ...

... "Kitchen, home improvement, outdoors, personal lifestyle, car accessories, and so on"?!! They don't even sell these types of items! Not one mention of clothing or shoes. :-/

And then, to cap it all off, just look at all the reviews here. Just about all of them are saying the same things.

Because this company is based in China, reporting them to the BBB isn't going to do any good, because it's outside of their jurisdiction. Instead, if you have been scammed by LinenComfy, report them to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network at www. econsumer. gov/en/FileAComplaint#crnt, as well as to your credit or debit card issuer.

Glad I didn't purchase from this site. Glad my spidey senses were screaming at me to research them before going any further. I feel bad for the people who were ripped off by this company. I hope everyone who was, was able to recover their losses.

i wish i could give negative reviews... no product ever made it and they are refusing to issue me a refund

I was excited when I ordered items I thought were truly special and unique. Although I did recover similar items, I was SO disappointed at the quality. The fabric was very cheap and poorly made. The sweaters were more like a polyester shirt and the special patterns shown in the ad were completely absent. They are so bad I won’t even wear them. I messaged about my dissatisfaction and never heard back. It’s very dishonest, false advertising. They could make good money if they sold the nice items.

ZERO STARS! SCAM!!! I tried to cancel my order before it was packaged or shipped. They even replied asking if I was sure and I confirmed cancelling. They still sent it. Horrible quality clothing and oversized. The website guarantees easy returns but.... there is no link to click, no one replies from support, and there isn't even an invoice or packing slip in the package. I'm going to try to talk to my credit card company but I think I'm out $150😥

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They are stealing photos from small business owners for example there’s photos stolen from Crossfox, Flowerpot handmade, Hazlemade Clothing, Wildhorse Apparel and many many more. These brands are very expensive and very high quality do not fall into the trap.

This is total rubbery. Don’t ever give them you money.
I bought 2 items on dec 10. A month after, it was not even shipped! I directly ask for a refund cause i knew it wasn’t normal. They first told me it was normal, to be patient, etc. But i continue asking for a refund, and they never respond to me back.
Today, 2 month after, i receive the items!! It’s a freaking JOKE! It’s a piece of spandex tissue! Nothing that look like what i paid 60$ US for!!
They’re are laughing at us!
I work in a police station, so i will ask to open a demand for a case. I still have the exchange of message and pic of the stupid things they send.
I will not let that happen again.

I ordered two pair of leggings and I was so excited to get them because of the design and photos.
The order took weeks to arrive.
Upon arrival, the items I ordered look nothing like the items I recieved!
They are shiny spandex, not cotton. So ugly...nothing I would ever wear.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
Sent them an email I want to return the items, no response so far.
This is not a legitimate company if you are scamming this many people!
I hope anyone who orders, will trust their instincts and double check these reviews so they dont lose money and time ordering!

Scam, don't buy!!!

Clothes I ordered were supposed to be virgin wool, alpaca, cotton wool....they were printed on polyester & spandex. Good luck getting your money back.

I actually wouldn't give them even one star, but you have to to do the review. The worst quality I have ever seen. Polyester not cotton. Printed on design. I can't say enough bad about this company.

Well. Let's see. I ordered $100 worth of clothing. Unfortunately I didn't google reviews until after I ordered. This company did exactly what I read they would do. They did not ship when they were supposed to, and then sent a message they were running behind because of the high demand. When I emailed customer service saying I had read they were a scam and I expected either a response about my shipping or a refund - THEY BLOCKED ME. Now I am out $100, recieved nothing and am fuming mad. This is a SCAM

Ordered a shirt mid-December. Paid for it and never heard another word. This website is a scam!

I received items I didn’t order and then so expensive to return. Never again will I purchase from them.

This company is a SCAM. Plase don't fall for it. The clothes I received look nothing like the pictures, and the fabric is not at all what's promised. I got an orange shirt I ordered in purple, have a missing jacket, got 2 items that were sent in doubles when I only ordered 1. They took so long to process my order I decided to ask for a refund, in line with stated pilicies, and they dragged out the emails until "poof!" Everything was magically ready to ship, sorry no refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Order placed Drcember 21st, email sent December 31st to ask when my purchase would ship.
Email sent January 12th asking to cancel since order had not yet shipped. Linencomfy would not refund the amount paid. January 14th demended a refund. Rather than responding I received an email the next day stating my order had shipped. At this point I no longer want the items due to the terrible service. I do NOT recommend giving this company any of your money.

Pictures of some of the boots, I noticed, are stolen from another legit website. THESE ARE NOT THEIR BOOTS! The few that I saw are actually pictures from FREEBIRDSTORES.COM which is an expensive online store that I buy boots from, so these are not their boots and if you order what you see in those pictures, most likely you'll end up with a knock off or something else.

Horrible horrible horrible. Made an order, they immediately deducted the money from my account, did not hear from them for 10 days, emailed them a couple of times for an update on my purchase, they replied with the most unproffessional email stating "plz don't worry about your order." I went to my bank immediately, changed my bank card and all passwords. I highly doubt I will recieve anything from them. SCAM!!!

Do not order from this company. They can only be contacted via email, but they do not respond. Within 4 hours I decided to cancel my order. On their website it says if you need to cancel your order, contact them asap before the order goes to the fulfillment center, which takes a few days. Obviously, I was well within that timeline and the charge to my account was still pending. After many attempts to email the one and only address (no phone # exists) over several days, I received no response or confirmation of my request. The charge posted to my account, and still no resolution.

Awful experience, awful products

2 main problems; 1 of which is pretty major.

Firstly, I had to contact their online services shortly after placing my order as I hadn’t updated my Paypal delivery address (basically the delivery would be delivered to my old house), I sent the email which clearly explained the mistake and asked if they could change the delivery address or cancel the order. I waited more than a couple of days for their reply which didn’t address my issue at all...in fact they just asked me to be patient as the delivery will only take a few more days. So I had to awkwardly go to my previous address and explain the situation and ask them to contact me when the package arrives.

Secondly....The items I received didn’t look very much like those advertised on the website, it was like these items were ‘inspired’ by those I’d seen. Online description said they were made with dyed cotton, the items I received were clearly a shiny cheap latex material and they were not dyed at all; they were obviously printed on.

The items looked good online but were of noticeably cheaper materials and had the look of a cheap knockoff sporting top...I mean, I can’t emphasise enough how poor the quality of the 2 items I received are; just embarrassing really. A real shame as the photos online looked great...because they were of different products.
