Lings motor group are amazing they make you feel very welcome they put everything in easy terms so you can understand what's going on, they always keep in touch with customers and make sure the customers always gets the best service possible staff are always friendly and offer you the best deals.

A very difficult time to purchase something as important as a bike.
It was made as easy as possible with a good relationship with the sales department. All items were dealt with as promised and bike delivered as arranged. I would recommend that no one buys without a test ride as a few anxious days waiting for delivery hoping everything would be okay.
All turned out perfectly.

Was quite happy with the purchase of a used nearly 3 year old bike, but noticed (in less than a 100 miles) that the rear disc had a slight warp noticeable when using back brake for manoeuvring. Bike had barely been used due to lockdown and was told that the warranty wouldn’t cover it despite it probably having the fault from purchase. If you can’t go in to try the bike - I WOULD NOT recommend using these guys as the best they could offer was £15 off a £200 repair, which I would not have bought a bike with a fault !

Recently purchased a triumph from lings at ipswich, and found the whole experience very good. From the first contact through to after sale care, it was first class, largely thanks to Edward Jary, whom I whom I dealt with. I shall be using lings for servicing and Mot's from now on.

I found the staff both friendly & knowledgeable. When they said they would get back to me, they did. Due to the Covid situation it was difficult to make contact by phone. Hope to use them for parts in future.

All the staff at Lings Ipswich have been amazing.
Totally professional and helpful in sourcing particular makes and models of bikes that I requested to buy.
Jake the Sale Manager there and his staff have been so helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish on the purchase of my new bike !!!

When I arrived at the Ipswich branch there was only two members of staff on and had to wait over 30 minutes to be dealt with even though there was only one other customer in the shop. At 10am on delivery day a time of 11am was confirmed as delivery time, at 11am lings rang me and said can’t deliver bike because the battery was flat and would have to order new battery so how could a pre delivery check have been done to make sure the bike was safe and everything worked with a flat battery was then asked to confirm address so he could register bike in my name so at the time it should have been delivered it wasn’t even registered in my name

A great company to deal with. I saw the motorcycle I wanted and contact them. Jake kept me updated all the time. They drop they bike off at my work and pick my old bike up. The entire process was hassle-free.

Excellent experience in the showroom! The sales representative (Mr Nick Carter) was very knowledgeable of the machine and seemed genuinely interested to meet my needs.

In these uncertain times of Covid19 Mr Carter kept me fully informed of order progress. I never had to chase Lings for an update, Mr Carter kept every promise made. He also assessed and made a very fair trade in valuation on my old bike, despite it not meeting Lings stock inventory.

Handover was efficient and I felt very well informed of all options. Mr Carter made a good job of explaining the features of my new bike, including some that my own research had not shown. It did not seem to matter that I was only buying one of the cheaper Honda models, a PCX 125. At all times I was made to feel I was a valued customer.

A few days after purchase Mr Carter contacted me to enquire if all was well, and to stress I was welcome to call or visit should any subsequent issue, or question arise. I was made to feel confident that any issue/question would be treated seriously.

The outcome is that I am a very satisfied customer. The PCX is an extraordinarily good machine, even after only 200 miles of riding. This is my first experience of buying a new Honda and Lings are a great company to do business with.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Honda PCX, or in buying any Honda machine from the people at Lings Ipswich!
