my decision to purchase my new bike from Lings …..I would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately my luggage system is on back order and I will not be in receipt of these for at least 4 to 8 weeks which is disappointing ! all in all I would recommend Lings in the future.

Bought the bike online after a telecon with Lings. Lings expertly managed the all the paperwork and delivery of the bike to my home as agreed. Provided good advice when requested.

Despite buying a bike that was in stock on the showroom floor it took over a month to receive delivery. No apologies or excuses but very keen to take my money well ahead of receiving the bike.
On 21st April I visited the Harleston showroom and paid a £500 deposit.
On 4th May I was called to say they would deliver the next day, I was working away and asked if it could be delivered the next week. I was told the next delivery date was 22nd May! Over two weeks later.
On 15th May I was asked to pay the full balance and advised that the first service could be booked with a week to 10 days notice.
On 18th May I called the service department to book the first service for the week following delivery and was told there is in fact a 3-week wait for service appointments. This meant that I’d be limited to 200 miles per week and therefore can’t do the trips I have planned in May & June.
It really shouldn’t be this difficult to spend money.
Very professional, top quality service from start to finish. Good communication and updates throughout the whole process. I will recommend their services to others wishing to buy a Husqvarna.
