Bought a used bike from lings, took nearly a month to deliver after agreeing to buy. Lots of paperwork and duplicate emails, Was a bit dirty when delivered, only cleaned the bits you could see from a distance. Staff very pleasant, but firm seems a bit archaic and long winded.!!

I would NOT recommend this company, purchased a brand new husky 701 sm, bike was not ready on collection day, rear tyre had a large slash/cut on it, had to ask three times for them to replace it! they didn't carry out the pdi and when I got home found I had 44 psi in my tyres and not 29 psi, very dangerous, bike was dirty and lots of chips and marks found, they put all their advertising decals on bike which i didn't ask for or want. very very poor service, stay clear.
in reply to lings, i should not have been offered a brand new bike with a slashed tyre and again i had to ask you three times to replace it, pdi was not done, and the offer of some plastics came with a catch of final settlement. so not impressed!
