Lings In Essex were excellent to deal with. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for any of the staff I dealt with when buying my new bike. One of the very best dealers I have dealt with, highly recommended

Overall buying experience (with Charlie Maryon) was so much better than my attempt in April '24 when the "sales" service was so poor I ended buying a £15000 bike from another dealer, despite having bought a new £18000 bike from you just 12/13 months earlier.

There was a minor problem this time of the wheel weights falling off in the days after purchase, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently enough, although not tested to any degree yet.

If Lings could get a settled staff it would help - there's been far too many staff changes just in the two years or so that I bought my first Tiger 1200 GT Pro. Settled staff obviously means customers can build lasting relationships.

I may just have already said this: DON'T EVER LET BILLY GO.

Professional staff. No pressured sales. Just friendly and knowledgeable.

A very welcoming place, very friendly ambiance and helpful staff, a nice range of bikes, booking a demo bike with Charlie was a wonderful positive experience, Charlie answered all questions with a smile and to the tiniest detail. Will be returning soon!

Michael in sales has been very helpful, and patient , put lots of effort to get the bikes for my test ride, very professional and always available despite the number of the customers.
