This is the second time I've used Ling's for my car lease and the service was just as good as the first time.

The communications are excellent, the website's Lingo portal is great at keeping everything in one place.

Guy and Lily are always so quick with replies to any queries and keep you up to date with your order at all times.

No complaints whatsoever, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Lings website is easy to navigate and provides you with all the information required with no hidden costs. The whole leasing experience from start to finish was so easy, any questions were answered really quickly by friendly staff and her prices are really competitive. I have leased 3 cars through Ling now and will happily recommend her to anyone. Thanks to Ling and her staff for a faultless process.

The easiest , stress free way to lease a car !

This is the 4th car I’ve had the pleasure of leasing through Lings. Every time is as good as the last if not better. The format of being able to see past transcripts really helps the experience as well as provides reminders. Top notch service throughout from both Guy and Lily. A pleasure to do business with. I ask for a car, state my budget and BOOM LINGsCARS.COM provides me with my options. I decide on a car and…….. Everything else is dealt with. My questions are answered very quickly. I am updated regularly about my order. I am supported throughout the term of the lease contract.
You honestly could not get better service anywhere. Believe me, I used to look around. Now, I don’t bother. Straight back to LINGaCARS.COM. EVERYTIME!!

After coming across this strange website from a recommendation on Reddit, I did have my doubts at first.... but my doubts were wrong.

Excellent customer service with blisteringly quick response times to my various queries. I did find a slightly better deal elsewhere for the car I wanted, but LingsCars then price matched it and even gave me more mileage. After signing the contract I even asked to change the colour of the car and they were helpful allowing that to happen in again blisteringly quick speeds.

They have a service where all communication is done online, so no talking needed and all communication and documentation is tracked which is great.

My new car was bespoke so had a long waiting time as expected, but the car was created much quicker than their estimate. The car was delivered securely via a big truck (I paid extra for) on the day they said. The new car came in perfect condition with all the bespoke features I requested.

I can't think of anything negative really and would use them again.

We went to a few dealerships for test drives before handing over to LingsCars to sort the 'business end' of things. We've had several cars from LingsCars over the years and pleased to say, the service remains excellent. We were provided with several competitive quotes before making a final decision then just sat back and waited for delivery day. Communication through the Lingo portal was really easy, efficient and highly amusing (and I'm a Luddite). Love our second all electric EV!

I first made contact with an initial enquiry requesting information about the vehicle I was looking for. At that time there was no availability. But this company went into overdrive and searched and found what I was looking for. Proposal / Order Agreed / Finance check / Delivery Notification.
All processes were dealt with swiftly and confirmation at every stage.
Have used this company before and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

OMG this is literally a crazy website! I wasn't expecting this. i honestly dont love the website but because i actually managed to find the cars i was looking for and due to other reviews i can see that they are trust worthy that is why i am giving 3 stars.

Fast and very reactive service. Nothing is too much trouble and they just get things sorted quickly and smoothly.

I have been looking to lease a car since the beginning of the year with 2 suppliers failing to deliver on time (yes, both verified from the crazy lease deals page). I got to LINGsCars recommended by a friend of mine; god best decision ever!!!
The guys at LINGsCars (Lily and Guy) explained the process clearly, searched for the best deal I could get, found the best delivery time, and were super flexible with my request.
All the time during the process I got updates (is all you want isn't it) without asking for them, I even felt like I was the only customer, so much focus on making my experience the best.
Yes, I will recomend them, yes I will do my next one with them.
