I leased a Mazda CX-30 through LINGsCARS in October this year. I found their website, for all its quirkiness, set out the information clearly and in a way that made comparisons easy to make. From the time of my initial online enquiry I have dealt with only two colleagues, Lily and Guy who between them guided me through the whole ordering and delivery process. They were a pleasure to deal with. Friendly light hearted and above all efficient and knowledgable. I could not have received better customer service. Guy guided me through the intricacies of the financial arrangements patiently and effectively. I hope they are still around if I need to lease again in a few years time.
My only suggestion is that the peculiarities of the website, while engaging and amusing at the outset can become a little distracting when filling in forms etc.
Overall an excellent experience and I love my new car as well

Just got my new EV on hire contract with the help of LINGsCARS.com. Second time I’ve used them and couldn’t have gone better. They helped me with a number of options to suit my requirements, found me a good deal when I decided which make and model I wanted and guided me through the documentation process. The ordering process was quick and easy. Made replacing my car so much less stressful than I’d feared.

Have used now for 3rd time, excellent service always responsive and great prices having checked against main dealers. Came recommended and happy to recommend to others!

Lingscars take the hassle out of leasing a car. Once you’ve decided which one you want, and they do their best to give you brilliant options, they’ll chase everything up for you. During the time between ordering and delivery, they’re happy to answer any questions and carry out any tasks you bring to them. Had 4 cars from them now and would struggle to go elsewhere in future. Also good to know that the communication doesn’t end after your car arrives.

I have had three lease cars now from this company over the years and find them really good because they support you through each step of the process and are really responsive if you message them with any questions. They also arrange free delivery of the car and follow up to make sure everything is OK.

A family member has used Lings multiple times for the last several years and has always highly rated. I used them for the first time recently and I must say the customer service was absolutely excellent. Communication was absolutely spot on and I cannot fault them. Got my lovely car delivered on the exact day I wanted. They also price matched too! Will definitely be using Lings again for the foreseeable. Extremely pleased with how seamless and easy it was getting my first lease car. Highly highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, fast responses, kept me in the loop about everything. All of the steps were well-explained and no question ever seemed too dumb. Can't rate Lings highly enough - would definitely use again.

I've leased three cars from LingsCars now and each time I have found the customer experience to be transparent, helpful, friendly and top-notch. Response times on the online chat/help system are also impressive. I know people that have been put off from using Ling because of the crazy-looking website. Please don't be. If this is your first time leasing then everything is explained to you step-by-step.
