Proactive service

I recently moved houses and link broadband team was super helpful and proactive in getting the connection sorted. Their service team responds fast to my call outs. A recent downtime which are rare were also communicated out.
The broadband works great no problem with streaming and working from home.

So far so good

Recently moved and selected Link from the list of providers available to me. Router delivered on time and connection was activated on the date agreed. Only slight issue was getting the router connected to the internet, however after calling customer support within 5 minutes everything was sorted and have had no problems since.

For those a bit geeky.

For those a bit geeky.

I was very happy with the service over the past year, no incidents and no need of support, a good speed for a low cost. On 14th Feb 2024 a "service upgrade" meant I now have to point my router to their server meaning I don't have a public IP address and my home VPN won't work so I will be changing providers.

Started off well but there have been…

Started off well but there have been issues constantly since the beginning of the year often on a Sunday when there is no support. I doubt I will be renewing with link. Contact out of hours leave message or chat not supported, you get nothing back just ignored. Off again on a Sunday done restarted we might be lucky to get it back on Monday. Just not good enough
Pointless responding now, you sold me out to another crap supplier back in April no consultation and no opportunity to leave the contract I had with you. You sold me out to Home Telecom and they have been just as bad as they took months to resolve issues and again no support on a weekend. Your response 5 months late, you really should be embarrassed or you are incompetent at every level !

So far so good

So far so good! Moved in a week ago - went with link as it was used by the sellers.

Router delivered on time and connection went ahead on the date of completion as agreed.

Had a speed issue but had a response within hours of raising an online ticket.

We’re streaming on fire sticks constantly and so far so good.
