I had a mixed experience with Linkfashion.co.uk. While the ordering process was straightforward, delivery times and communication were inconsistent. My item took longer than expected to arrive, and initial attempts to reach customer service were frustrating. However, once I finally got in touch, the team was helpful in resolving the issue. It’s a decent site with potential, but they need to work on reliability and response times. 3 stars.

Gross incompetence
This is one of my worst shopping experience with an online store. I place an order for a winter jacket which should have been delivered between 1-5 working days. It has now been 14 working days and still no jacket. What is even worse is that I have sent an email twice to the company and is still awaiting a response. Of course I also tried calling -THE NUMBER POSTED ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT RING. How is it even possible to have a company that cannot update me on order or discuss how I can get back my money if what I ordered isn’t in stock. Absolutely unacceptable. Like I said, worst online shopping experience ever.

Damaged and not as shown on the site, but resolved.
Ordering was simple and delivery was fairly prompt. Unfortunately the item I received was not the one pictured on the website.
The item (pool sliders) are also clearly marked/ damaged.
Update: I was pleasantly surprised when Nick contacted me to find out what the problem was. He has subsequently worked to resolve this, and has tracked down the item I originally ordered and sent it to me. The item is as described on the site and the recipient was very pleased with them. Thank you Nick.
