Excellent Customer Service
I ordered something of their site, after a few days with no word I sent an email as I paid for 1-2 days delivery. A very nice man replied within an hour explaining that I bought the last one, but it was damaged so he couldn’t send me it. I sent reply saying I don’t mind if it’s not too extensive, to which he rang me 5 minutes later explaining how damaged it was. He sent me a link for the same item just in a different colour and even gave me a 10% off code! Great customer service, would highly recommend.
