Great Experience

Easy to order and once ordered, Neil kept me updated with date and time of delivery. Logs were as described, a good mix of hard woods and dry.
It may take a while to get through the logs, but will definitely be ordering again.

Thanks for that Steve and I appreciate the comment on price. It's a battle keeping prices reasonable, particularly for hardwood. I really don't want to have a reputation for being expensive, I'd rather be seen as good value, so I'll keep it in mind. Thank you

Couldn't be happier with the logs

Couldn't be happier with the logs, Neil is keen to help make delivery as easy as possible and has even suggested being able to chop logs smaller for our wee Morso at the next delivery. Logs are burning well and giving out good heat so all in all 10/10, thanks!

Always really prompt delivery and Neil…

Always really prompt delivery and Neil goes above and beyond. We have used him all through last winter and he is knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't get my logs from anyone else.
