I have just taken delivery of a new ottoman double bed from Linthorpe Beds and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
The purchasing process was straightforward, friendly and professional. I dealt with Craig, who was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my requirements, explained the different options and helped me choose the bed that best suited my needs and budget. His honest advice, patience and product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.
The delivery team were equally impressive. They arrived as scheduled, were polite and respectful throughout, and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They also took away all of the packaging, which saved me the hassle of disposing of it myself.
Overall, the customer service from Craig and the delivery team was great. The whole experience was professional and customer-focused. I would recommend Linthorpe Beds.

We bought a bed from Linthorpe Beds 3 years ago and were so impressed with the company and the bed, that we didn’t hesitate to return when needing another bed. Welcoming and knowledgeable. We were guided to the beds to suit our needs after showing an interest in what was important to us. We were kept up to date about delivery. Having received our bed a few days ago, we are delighted with our purchase. Delivery was excellent with the bed being fully assembled and packaging taken away. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had! Very happy and would thoroughly recommend!

Good sales service but we were not provided with a time slot for delivery as promised. We also did not receive a call 15-20 mins before they arrived, which was also promised. I've deducted a star for this.

This was the first shop we went to and…
This was the first shop we went to and the sales lady was really helpul with her advice.
Having left us to look around and try the beds she was there once we had chosen to complete the sale.
It was all done really well with no hassle.
The bed was delivered and put together the following week by a couple of really efficient guys who knew what they were doing.
The bed is great and I would definitely recommend Linthorpe Beds.
