The mattress is superb, but the delivery could have been faster. It takes a week and a half to get your mattress. I do not like to wait this long, because I can't always predict what I will be doing in a week and a half ahead, but then there is no problem to move the delivery date for the next day. Overall very satisfied.

I tend not to write reviews until the items have been tested for a while.
I bought a mattress of this Company on the 14/10/2014 and am delighted with it.
It is very easy to clean and very comfortable.
They are polite on the phone and the order process was simple and painless.
It was delivered on the date arranged and the driver could not have been more helpful.
I would recommend this Company to all my friends and family.

Last year my wife and I stayed in about a dozen hotels or B&B's around England. As we were looking to buy a new mattress we took to rating the various mattresses for the quality of sleep we'd had. Firstly the standard in most was pretty fair but a couple stood out ( both from quality B&B's incidentally)and so each morning we asked the proprietor where they had bought the mattress. The first didn't know as they were new to the premises but the second said they had taken to buying from Linx Beds from Dewsbury. He highly recommended them for ease of ordering and speedy delivery so that was it for us. As it happened we took so long to decorate that Linx had moved to a super mill site out in a delightful valley outside Halifax. We were able to try out mattresses and reckon we have saved many hundreds of pounds on what we might have paid at John Lewis or M&S the two most highly rated suppliers according to Which. We are delighted with our choice of mattress which was delivered within the promised time slot and wish the company every future success!

Website very easy to use, with helpful options to "build" the bed we wanted.

Deliver costs are part of price paid so we understood the items would be delivered outside our block of flats. We were able to manage them up three floors. We did panic fleetingly as we noticed the wrapping described our link beds as 3 foot but we had ordered 2 ft 6" - but the right items had been sent.

It would be nice to know roughly what time the courier would arrive - but presumably this added service would add to the cost.

The beds look and seem very good value for the price. We are finding it difficult though to find protectors and toppers to fit exactly.

Have been out of the UK for 20 years, just purchased a property back in the UK and was trying to work out furniture from afar. I worked with Chris by email who made 2 beds to our specification and finish and had them at our door in 4 days, amazing service. One was a zip and link, great for our guest room and the other a super king. We selected the most expensive mattress with memory foam layer, these are so comfortable. Delivery was as described to our door, our door is 100 yards from the road, the driver was polite and helpful. Overall a great experience, wish I could have said the same for our other UK furniture experiences.

Driver refused to help get bed up short flight of stairs where I was just out of hospital and with my demented Mum. I had to get help from neighbours. Driver left the wooden pallet right in front of the door to the block of flats. How are we supposed to dispose of a pallet in central London? Truly unprofessional, unhelpful and shocking. I like the bed, but I would not use this company again unless they could provide an adequate delivery service. Oh yes and when we complained, the company said it couldn't call the driver to return to pick up the pallet, because he didn't have a hands-free phone. You couldn't make this up.

I was introduced to Linx beds when I recently stayed in a holiday cottage. I slept so much better than I normally did that I ordered a bed before I returned home. The bed was delivered very quickly and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I am sleeping far more deeply and waking up minus the aches and pains I had been experiencing in my old bed, without realizing the cause, for several months. I would not hesitate to recommend these beds. They appear to be very well made, smart, comfortable and a means to promote and maintain good health.

We did a lot of research on the web before we finally ordered a zip and link bed with linx beds. The main reason for choosing them was the choice and the price. One of the big advantages is being able to get 2 single headboards to fit.
Overall we're pleased, the mattresses are comfortable and seem well made. However the zips are not aligned properly on one side and so we will not be able to turn the mattresses. I would have returned the mattresses, but we needed them immediately. Also the mattresses are slightly marked.
The beds came exactly on the day promised and the company's communication was excellent.

I required a new mattress for my rental apartment in Manchester and it was delivered within the time scale given. Driver phoned to confirm he was 30 minutes away. Excellent service again and the fifth time within the last 3 years I have used Linx

I found no indication on the website of the firmness of the zipped
Mattress and assumed, wrongly as it turned out, that it would be average. Too hard for me, thankfully I won't be sleeping on it. Apart from that disappointment the service was great.

Very Comfortable beds

I bought 8 beds for our guest house absolutely superb comfortable mattresses all our guest comment on how they had a great nights sleep!!!

At short notice Linx beds provided us with what we needed. I would definitely use them again. The beds are comfortable and well made.

I needed mattresses in a hurry so asked if I could pick them up, they said not a problem, gave me great directions and we're waiting for me and loaded them in my van. The mattresses are great too.

I use this company for my hotel, good quality and when I needed to speak with the customer service team they resolved my query promptly - can't ask for more than that.

Quality of bed, specially made 3'6" small double. Website is very easy to use.

Beds were well made but we're missing one zipper, must have fallen off before packaging. Only real complaint is the delivery system. As a small built female the doorstep delivery for such a large superking sized bed was inappropriate and the driver needed help getting them out of the van and then left them by the outside gate not even by the front door. I had to enlist help and sympathy from neighbours.
