I am very pleased with the beds purchased and will definitely be buying more for our holiday cottage. I was a bit concerned at buying beds that I haven't actually seen or inspected but I neednt have worried. I did pay extra for a specific time slot which the carrier didn't seem to know about but he waited for me to arrive and was most helpful, I didn't recall his name but he is an asset to the delivery company and that helped to make the whole thing a positive experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The beds themselves seem of robust quality and well-finished. They were purchased for a holiday let and so I can't give any more detailed feedback other than aesthetic as I ave been asked for this review before they have been used. However, this company is very seriously let down by the couriers they use. Our two divan beds and mattresses were dumped on the public footpath several hundred yards from the property as the driver refused to bring them to the door - or even to the mouth of the courtyard. Watching him driving away smirking and calling out of the window was a substantially unpleasant experience. As good as the products seem to be, I think I would opt for an accompanying better delivery service next time.

Delivered on time to our hotel in Cornwall.Excellent quality beds.This is the second time we have ordered.

Purchased 'Hotel pocket sprung, 6ft zip and link, with 4 drawers', to provide flexibility for guests, visiting children and grandchildren. Very pleased.

Delivered exactly when requested and the bed is great quality and comfortable! Highly reccomend to anyone, superb value!

Zip and linx 5ft bed option chosen by the build your bed page, was just as I had hoped. Really helpful staff at the end of the phone enabled a very speedy delivery. Delivered by one helpful man to front door, due to tricky conditions in snowy Scotland. Only slight issue was non matching feet. All the same height, so acceptable to us, just used the two slightly different ones at the end that is not on view. Thanks.

This is the 2 nd time I have used this company. Good quality product fast efficient delivery. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Have purchased beds from this company for some years now. They have always been professional, reliable and quick, and their products very good. Sadly, delivery appears to now have been outsourced, resulting in two people sitting around for half a day waiting for a delivery which didn't happen. Hoping for a better outcome next week!

Very easy to select the bed we were looking for. The delivery was exactly when we were told it would be and the courier was very helpful in getting the bed inside the house. We are very pleased with the quality of the bed.

Service was fine delivered on time. Disappointed with the bed base which was just two wood boxes covered in thin velour fabric which is already showing signs of wear after a couple of weeks. Mattress is nice and thick and comfortable so pleased with that.

The bed was good quality and we are happy with it. The first matresses arrived and did not zip together correctly, which was a pain as it was for a holiday house. The second matresses did go together fine and they sent a temporary join solution with straps and middle faux sheep skin strip (hard to describe but worked) the next day which was fine. Good customer service, although they needed encouragement to send the tempory solution special post to arrive in time for our guests arriving. Happy with service although better quality control would have saved them money and me hassle. Would highly recommend all the same.

The order was delivered on the day promised at the time promised by the carrier.

I ordered a king size link bed ie 2 x 2'6" beds that zip together. On line ordering was very easy. Received email confirming despatch and delivery received on the day requested. The product is very good and as described. Very pleased with whole process.

Bought a pair of zip link beds: delivery experience was good, efficient and prompt. Beds seem good quality, apart from small gripe that the metal things that link the bases together have been put on in slightly the wrong place, so the hook doesn’t reach the screw (despite half an hour of pushing and sweating!). However with the mattresses zipped together the beds stayed together.

Bought a 5ft zip and link mattress. Really good quality product. I had a few issues with size as mattress was slightly larger than expected however customer services resolved everything very efficiently and effectivley.

good communication so delivery went well, v nice beds, friendly and helpful.

Early days but the bed seems good quality and the service has been very good so far. Completely miserable delivery driver though
