I don't think I shall ever be buying a bed from anywhere else - the quality is excellent and the cost reasonable.

We ordered zip and link 3 foot beds for the spare bedroom. They arrived promptly without fuss and they are exactly what we wanted. Really great products at exceptional prices and excellent customer service - very happy customers!

I was very impressed with the service I had. I own three holiday cottages and found Linx Beds on the internet and ordered all the beds for the third cottage about 18 months ago, the service was excellent and the hotel contract beds are great. When a guest said her bed was uncomfortable two weeks ago in another cottage(a bed not from Linx Beds) , I rang them and asked for a mattress as quick as possible. The mattress arrived with-in two days. I was very happy. Thank you.

I was impressed with the company and they seem to care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately the delivery service let them down. The driver tried to leave the beds in the road several metres from my front door. He asked me to sign for them and was planning on just leaving them there for me to bring to the door myself. Luckily I realised what he was up to and refused to sign until they were at my front door. As an o.a.p. female, I was not impressed at how he tried to trick me. He said he was on a double yellow line so had to go. The two linking beds were packed together and he found it impossible to carry them on his own. He was furious with me and was quite rude.

Ordering from Linx beds was easy, the staff were helpful, our zip and link mattresses and headboards were delivered on time and the man could not have been more helpful. It was good dealing with a company who cared about the service they offered from the start to the end, therefore Linx beds gets a 5 star rating from us.

Easy to assemble and to date there have been no problems.

Very pleased with the zip link beds and the service was friendly and was kept up to date with emails and phone calls regarding delivery. Would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the 'create a king' mattress linking system. I haven't tried it yet as we're taking it out of the country but the quality seems very good and the idea is clever. I'm sure it will work well. They are really helpful and responsive to any questions you may have. Would recommend them.

A no nonsense approach to purchasing your ideal bed. We are going to buy some more of these as we expand our business. Does what it says on the tin.

Helpful phone advice on the Linx range, easy ordering and despatch all on time was very encouraging, but Linx was let down by its local delivery company who did not deliver on the day promised, and did not keep me in the picture as to what was happening. I had to wait in all day, and make numerous calls to the delivery contractor before I was eventually informed at 5.00pm that delivery would be the following day - when I could not be there to receive the beds! It was v frustrating to take a day off work and then not get the beds when they were promised. I'm sure we would all rather use our holiday from work in a better way than this!

Linx tell me that they are changing their delivery process to rural areas to take it back under their own control rather than using contract delivery agent, so hopefully this should not be a problem in the future. I would still buy from Linx again, despite this, as otherwise they were great. Linx had the decency to apologise rather than make excuses, and to give a small refund.

This is the second bed we have bought from this company, we have been very happy with the quality and they represent excellent value for money. There was slight confusion over delivery time due to a computer problem but this was quickly remedied and I was kept informed by emails.
Overall I was very happy with the product and the service and would be very happy to recommend this company.

I operate a guest house. I needed a lock and link system for 2 single beds to convert to a 'superking'.
Linx beds had exactly what was needed. Together with the locking system, I also purchased the fitting for between the mattresses to make it seem as one.
This now gives me the option of using the room as a twin or double.
Great system and a lot cheaper than purchasing click and zip beds.

Needed a custom size build for zip & link. Chris gave great advice, was able to deliver on the day I needed and it turned up nice and early without having to wait in all day. Couldn't ask for more!

We absolutely love our new zip and link bed. Well made, great to look at and sleep on. Thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. One slight problem, Headboard slat broken on receipt, but quickly resolved by sending us two, in the post. Fantastic!!!

Very easy from start to finish. Good quality bed at a sensible price and delivered on time. Only minor issue is the wheels on the bed did not easily fit in but everything else is perfect. Thanks

easy to navigate website and also very helpful on the phone - provided sample materials - prompt delivery (within a few days of my order) - I was kept fully informed about delivery times on the day as the men were running a bit late - they unpacked and put together the bed very quickly - very comfortable bed.

Excellent company to deal with. Answered my questions and sent me fabric samples by return. Ordered via the web site on Sunday and delivered on Thursday. Beds appear good quality, hopefully guests will agree!

Good price, good quality, and prompt delivery. Have used for a number of years as our supplier of all things beds!
