My wife and I were searching for a pocket sprung mattress for a king size bed, but all the products we looked at were extremely heavy and bulky. So much so that just turning one of these mattresses was probably a hernia or a back problem waiting to happen. The solution appeared to be Zip and Link and, on surfing the internet, we came across Linx Beds. Not only were they offering exactly what we were looking for, and at a very reasonable price too, but the build quality of their Hotel Pocket Sprung Mattress was comparable with the very best that was available on the High Street. Since taking delivery of our mattress it has fully lived up to our expectations, both in terms of its comfort and quality. In addition, we have nothing but praise for their delivery service. We were kept fully informed as to progression of the delivery, and the driver arrived within minutes of his stated time.

The bed builder on the site is great: easy and flexible.

Service was friendly and efficient and delivery was straightforward.

Fantastic overall, would certainly use them again.

How many times have you trolled through the internet wondering if the product described will be they way they make it sound in the blurb when it reaches you. Well wonder no more, we bought from Linx Beds last year and have just been back for more. As a single bed the Hotel Contract mattress is as comfortable as any top priced mattress, when two are zipped together it changes into a bed you don't want to get out of. We bought these mattresses for our B&B and when things are quiet we thoroughly enjoy a good nights sleep in a guest room Zip and Linx bed. Now others are asking where we got them.

I was very impressed by the speed of service - having ordered one zip'n'link bed it was delivered a week before schedule, and they were able to deliver a second one on the same day despite having only put the order in the day before.

I have not had the chance to test out the quality of the beds, but they looked well made and the pocket sprung mattresses looked and felt very good quality. I also thought the head boards in grey chenille looked of good quality.

I have had excellent service from Linx Beds. Co-operative and helpful and they deliver on time.

If you have a query there is no problem speaking to an advisor who speaks proper English they deliver quickly this is the third time I have used this company and if I ever need another bed or mattress it will be from them

Very good site, although it took me a few minutes to work out that the price for the zip and link beds was for the 2 single beds, not just 1. Very good value! Communication from the company to organise delivery was 1st class, as was the delivery. The zip and link bed excellent quality.

I was really pleased to discover the Linx Beds website. The zip and link bed I bought is well-finished, the mattresses are comfortable, and the drawers are well-made.The delivery , and the time slot, were confirmed by email the day before, and the driver phoned shortly before arrival. Excellent service all round

I ordered two king size bed converter kits which were simple to order and arrived promptly. The products themselves look to be fit for purpose and well made. Many thanks for all your help, will be shopping with you again.

EXACTLY on-time delivery but website listing could clarify that the pricing and detail refers to a PAIR of beds - maybe another 'senior moment' on my part, but ended up with 4 instead of 2!! Still useful but slightly premature!

I ordered double linx beds on line and requested a delivery day to suit me. Their driver arrived bright and cheerful and although just a doorstep delivery, nothing was too much trouble for him. My son and I manhandled the beds upstairs and on unwrapping them discovered a couple of small damaged areas on the base of one of the beds. Rang Linx immediately and we came to mutual credit agreement (my choice rather than have the bed changed over - my back couldn't carry it upstairs again!). Also, one end of the clip bars to join the bases together was definitely out of alignment by a fraction, it took 3 of us to pull, push, manhandle to get the hook over the screw and even then it wasn't 100% but has joined the beds fine. We have now been using the bed for almost a week and my husband is so taken with it, I wish we had bought one years ago. Very comfortable, spacious and so far no backache! Definitely recommend this company.

We were in need of two zip linked beds and looked all around the established high street shops without being impressed so looked on line.
There we found amoung others Linx Beds, what a wonderful firm with so much choice.
It was so easy to 'build our beds' on their website to meet our exact needs. I placed the order and was told the delivery would be the following Thursday.
Later I recieved a call to say they were all ready and they would deliver two days earlier if that was ok with me, it was.
I was kept informed of their arrival time on the day and they arrived well packed, the staff were friendly and the beds are very good indeed.

Delivered when promised. Good communication on day of delivery. Have not used beds yet, but look good. Very pleased with the service.

Ordered a kingsize zip and link bed which arrived when it was meant to, delivered by two pleasant and polite drivers. They told me that the mattress on the bed had been upgraded. Now that's a result, a £500 bed for £300. Thank you very much, I will be using you again.

I have ordered the zip and link super king bed with memory foam and enjoyed sleeping on it. The bed feels much better than the bed that I used. Good value for money.

First time dealt with Company - very good experience. Would continue to use and recommend to others

Bed was scheduled to be delivered on the 6/12. Two man delivery due to age of
recipient. She waited all day trying to ring delivery company, no luck, spoke to
Chris who could not get hold of them either! Sounds like a useless delivery company!
As Yet, no bed!! Am I being ripped off?? Very disappionted!

I ordered two zip and link single beds. They arrived exactly on time. However, one had been ripped in transit. Linx replaced both beds as the zips have to match perfectly - which I thought was good attention to detail.

In the months since, all my guests have said how comfortable the Hotel quality beds are.
