Once I wrote to them please give me back my money they replay the sales are final no refund unless the miner presents a problem.
Well no machine since May and a well prepared team on the other side ready make you believe they are working hard to deliver your goods. We lost our money and the best way is to accept. they will never deliver a single machine and will be here on trustpilot pumping their Scam like a Pro…

There is still a lot to wish for.
The important thing is that I'm done with the waiting, the miner arrived with a damage on the box, scratch and a little bend on it, but at first sight is working properly.
The seller was responsive all the time, despite the whole problem with the shipment.
My next order will be placed around Christmas, as I already saw that this is a legit website.

So basically just because those scammers scammed dozens of people, but not me, I can't write a review that they are scammers? Good job trustpilot. Congrats.

I find it extremely hard to believe people are receiving miners after all this time.

I waited for so long that, I had already accepted the fact that there will be no delivery at all. I'm happy that I was wrong about it and the machine is here. If I have to order another one, I will think about it, but for now I think I will make do with this one.

The DHL courier just passed by this morning and dropped off the miner. I have since than unboxed it and powered it on. So far it works just fine. Even though I'm truly disappointed with the way this company works, they still manage to deliver my order. They may be slow and incompetent, but at least I didn't end up with my hands empty.

I haven't been lied to that the miner will come, but it took them a few months to ship it.
I am not satisfied with the delivery time, but am glad that received my order at least. I will think about a new order, but for now I will see how exactly I make with the current one and will update the review after a few days of mining.

Yesterday they finally managed to deliver my machine.. It wasn't a pleasant journey and I don't think that I can go thru this again. I was really upset that I lost my crypto, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. These guys definitely should do something about the problem with the shipping, because they can lose clients with this time of delivering..

The promises for 15 days delivery turned into 15 weeks. The miner is here and I'm glad I don't have to wait anymore or to read another excuse. I hope they will make some changes about this problem and the next purchase I make will not be delayed for so long.

Poor service, slow delivery, many excuses, it took them five months, but most importantly, the miner is finally here.

The shipping is too slow! I'm not satisfied from this company. The customer support is really bad... I got my device after 3 months of waiting, but I paid for express shipping (up to 15 days). The next time I'll buy from Bitmain.

Got the product, but the delay was offensive to say the least, I paid for April batch, just to get it in September, get your stuff together. At least the Phoenix is a beast.

I ordered in February from the March batch. The shipment got delivered yesterday. Bad experience overall. Many delays. At least I got what I paid for, that is what the second star is for...

Finally I received my order from March 2021. The service is very poor. I'll update this comment about the machines performance.

This is definitely a scam. I doubted it for some time given the global supply chain problems but ultimately lost 13.3K to these scammers. They constantly make up bs every email at the end I decided to post here to let everyone know.

I purchased a machine in March 2021 of this year with expected shipping in June 2021. I usually don't write reviews, but I'm so mad that this company took a large sum of my investment money $13,700 and I have nothing to show for it. And they asked me to send more money intially to buy more machines (which was a red flag, I just said I would like to in the future more items).
I've been in contacts with linzhi.cn.com for months and when I told them that I've seen the reviews on Trustpilot.com the communication stopped and that I've had enough with the excuses because I've purchased other machines in China with no problem.
As of today, I filled a compliant of fraud with the Federal Trade Commission to try to do something with these crooks on this website.
Dear Linzhi.cn.com as I establish my business I will use some resources to come after you unless you give me what I paid for, it's the principal.

There is a reddit about this website, which declares it as a scam.

Just Google the:
"Reddit - EtherMining - Linzhi Phoenix 2600MH/s. So what is the deal with this beast? Is it real or again another scam?"

There is no evidence of any legit miner sold to anybody from this website, there are too much ppl out there losing a lot of their money!

I sent bitcoin to the requested address, they let me know i could have two more for half price if I bought immediately. They even responded professionally to my emails - for awhile, then they went dark.

I ordered from the march batch and still no miner. They don't reply on the mails anymore and don't reply on the contact from there website. If they don't give me a response I will go to the authorities and start legal action against the compagny. I am done waiting. If the miner is not in my possession by 14 of august we will taken legal stepps! I'm done with it! My order nr QLTQ7FVX!
