Scam airline. Avoid at all costs.

Almost immediately after I booked my flights they changed the date of my connecting flight (but not my first flight). I tried to contact their customer service via Line, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email and phone but have had no luck getting through to anyone for more than two weeks. Scam airline.

I use flight from bangkok to seoul.because it was very cheap.And but seat But
Bangkok check in staff give my seat to other customer. Even i already paid.

CANNOT CONTACT WITH THE AIRCOMPANY

I booked a round-trip flight from Seoul to Bangkok (April 5 – April 15), but due to personal reasons, I needed to change my travel dates. Unfortunately, my experience with this airline has been extremely frustrating.

I tried contacting customer support through multiple channels — email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp — but received no response at all. No one answers the phone, and there is zero communication from their side.

I also attempted to modify or cancel my booking on my own, but even that option does not work properly. The system does not allow me to make any changes, leaving me completely stuck.

It is very disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and support, especially when dealing with something as important as international travel. I feel ignored as a customer and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this airline.

Such a terrible service

Such a terrible service. Ridiculous wait of over 1hr and then not able to help, suggesting I send an email. Thai LionAir rescheduled (read cancelled) my flight for 3 days and then said it was beyond their control.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BOOKING THIS CRAP POOR SERVICE AIRLINE.

Cheap

Cheap, nice staff. But VERY small seat space, no AC when waiting to depart or when landing. Making you wait ages on tarmack. I wouldn't fly with them again.

The airline rescheduled my flight

The airline rescheduled my flight. I was originally meant to travel back to my home address on 27/02 from Delhi, but I received an email informing me that the flight had been rescheduled to 01/03. This change did not align with my personal and business plans, so I had to purchase another ticket with a different airline for 27/02.
I have been contacting Thai Lion Air by email since 22/02, but to this day I have not received any response or even an acknowledgement of my message. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Garbage

Garbage company that is 100% of time is late. I fly so much and unfortunately in many cases with this garbage company that literally always late. Can someone buy these amateurs a watch or something?

Won't process foreign cards. Then gouges you

Won't process foreign cards, so you can't prepay for baggage, then they charge absurd rates at check in. Down right predatory. It was cheaper to just pick up my bag and book with another airline baggage included an hour later - was less than thier "baggage fees"

Authorities need to revoke their fly…

Authorities need to revoke their fly permit.
Every flight from this company starts 2 or 3 hours later than scheduled. Not any info and rude behaviour, not fly with them at any cost. And not really cheap to, paid 7600 bath for retour BKK Hkt.

Irresponsible airlines

Irresponsible airlines.
I had a transit flight in Bangkok airport and the Thai lion Air international transfer desk was closed, tried reaching customer service it never went through. Tried their WhatsApp support, it was totally useless as well. With no other option and no way to get info, waiting on the transfer desk with only 1 hour to catch the next flight. Very pathetic

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst airline experiences I’ve ever had

The Thai Lion Air check-in app and website completely crashed. I tried multiple times to check in online, both via the app and the website, and neither worked. I have screenshots to prove this.

My partner and I arrived at the airport one hour before departure and reached the check-in desk 43 minutes before the flight. We had no checked luggage, just backpacks. Despite this, we were told we were “2 minutes late” and that “the system would not allow check-in.”

I explained that the failure was due to their app and website, showed them the screenshots, and asked for help. The staff showed zero flexibility, zero compassion, and zero customer service. Their response was essentially: “How do we know you’re not lying? Anyone could say that.”

As a result, we were forced to pay an additional $250 for two new tickets and wait three more hours at the airport until 22:30. Door to door, we didn’t reach our destination until 2–3am.

This situation was entirely caused by their broken systems, yet the customer was punished for it.

Horrible customer service, no accountability, and no empathy. I will never fly with Thai Lion Air again, and I will actively advise others to avoid them.

Honestly, this experience left such a bad impression that it made us not even want to return to what is otherwise a beautiful country. Customer service and basic human compassion matter, and this airline showed neither.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. No
Ability to contact airline from outside airport. Lack of ability to communicate in English. Bad attitudes. You’ll get stuck with crazy baggage fees unless you travel very light.

Fing disaster

Fing disaster. Can’t reserve a seat online when you get to airport automated system spits out a ticket with seat - a middle seat despite being first inline. Told at counter to change at gate. At gate told should have changed at desk, they cannot do it. Told them I’d spend flight in toilet.
I was told to take a seat, at which point I proceeded to book a flight on an airline that wasn’t run by idiots.

Criminal scam company

They mess up their own schedule.
They cancel the flight.
They never answer the phone, don't reply via chat and ignore emails.
Then they’ll say you get a refund if you send a copy of your passport and they won’t ever get back to you.
I am really worried about sending them my passport details now, even more than getting a refund for a flight that they cancelled. The people who run this should be locked up in a jail cell.

Worst Frikin Airline in the World !!

2 check in counters, more than 100 people in line, total frikin chaos, flight delayed 2.5 hours !!! Airasia, Nok, VietJet, Thai MUCH MUCH better options, pay a little extra but avoid this airline, you will thank me later !!!
