Just awful service, completely ignored every single email, couldn't care less about customers as you can see by reading the comments here. Cowboys

Made a purchase of two T shirts from this company via an email received offering a 15% discount, RARE15, was the code. This was not applied at the point of purchase, I've emailed them a minimum of three times with no response even thought they say a reply of up to 48 hours can sometimes happen. If I'd known they use Evri delivery courier service I would not have made the purchase, will edit this review if necessary when I receive my goods. Terrible non customer service I will not be buying here again. It's also worth mentioning that they charge two package and posting charges even though they were ordered at the same time and will probably arrive in one package.

Have bought from this company a couple of times,have to say that not only does the sense of humour of the writing appeal to me ,but the service is incredible too!
The quality of the garments is such that they will wash and wear repeatedly. Will be back for more.

T Shirt arrived. print was too big, off centre and squint. the t shirt itself is nothing like the one advertised different shape and a faded black instead of jet black. I emailed support to return. I recieved a reply asking for a picture and giving a link to a returns portal. I provided a picture alongside the advertised picture for comparison and I've hear nothing since. The returns link doesnt work.

Received products but late and had email confirmation agreeing I could return them, i returned them with tracked delivery but since then they have refused to engage. 11 week, 12 emails and nothing, no acknowledgement, dialogue, absolutely nothing. Very poor on all levels.

We have purchased quite a few T-shirts from Lion Legion and have had no complaints. But our current experience is not a happy one! My wife ordered 3 T-shirts recently and two were incorrect, so we contacted their support in order to shed some light on the issue. We have received ZERO response after week so we sent another email, together with images of the incorrect items and customer number……Still no response!!! They don’t offer a telephone option (typical of many modern businesses) and don’t respond via their support network! So how are we supposed to sort out issues. They need to deal with people honestly and stop avoiding contact. Really not impressed!!!

Bought as a gift for my partner and he loved his grumpy t-shirt. Really pleased with the quality and size, well packaged and fast delivery thank you. I've bought from here twice now and will be shopping here again. Definitely would recommend.

I really thought I had found a decent honest company, unfortunately not ,I ordered my 5th garment from them in January, garment arrived but wasn't as advertised,I Emailed them explaining the issue,I got an automated reply with in 5 minutes explaining the process for complaints,3 days later I received an email asking for a photo of the garment,I did exactly what they asked for and sent the Email, absolutely nothing since ,even after 3 Email's requesting an update,and still nothing,phone number is not connecting, absolutely disgusting way to treat customers,my advice keep clear of these charlatans.

Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was quick and the quality of the t shirts and prints are top quality and washed brilliantly.

As the title says sometimes things do go wrong but the sign of a good company is when they pull out all the stops to make things right. Lion Legion, I am happy to report is one of those companies that goes the extra mile to make things right and without going into a whole catalogue of what went wrong, suffice to say, it was my fault for ordering the wrong size and colour, but the guys and girls at lion Legion made the whole experience of putting things right effortless and without any fuss. BZ to everyone there.

Placed order 01/01/26 for 4 T-shirts, 2wks later nothing arrived, e-mail customer support twice only got an automated e-mail response. Tried the phone number, not recognized. Left a review on Checkatrade to try and get somebody to answer me. They did, I was promised I would have my purchases the following Tues, what a surprise nothing. E-mail twice again nothing, I requested a refund, nothing totally ignored. 4wks now gone by they took my money, delivered nothing and ignore all efforts to contact them, but are still e-mailing me new product information. All I want is my money back now, dreadful service, poor comms, I would never use this company after this experience, be warned.

Having received the wrong size item I have contacted them on numerous occasions to request a refund or replacement. I have never received any response except an automated reply saying they'll be in touch. Absolutely rubbish and will never order from them again. As a veteran myself I like to support veterans in business but sometimes it just isn't worth the effort.

Very good quality t-shirts, delivered quickly. I have bought from this site twice and will continue to buy from it.

My brother in-law is a army veteran, and I never know what to get him for Christmas, until now, he absolutely loves these jumpers, the quality is excellent, and he love them even more when he found out that they are owned and ran by veterans,..... highly recomend the legion,
