Ordered a Christmas top and I became concerned because after a few days I realised I had not had a confirmation, contacted Lions Legion, but top arrived, and as always a good quality, thank you for your response Sarah.

Lion Legion are an exceptional Company continuously selling clothing of the highest quality coupled with a fast and efficient delivery. This is probably one of the best Companies I have shopped with.

Speed on delivery excellent, packing could have been a little better.

Please stay away from this useless company. Ordered a large T-shirt off them. Took absolutely ages to arrive. I tried it on and it was too big. I contacted the company to ask if I could exchange it for a medium. I also used the return link on the website too. All it kept saying after checking multiple times was the decision on the return was pending. This went on for weeks. I also contacted the company by email 3 times about the issue and the only answer I got was ‘it’s our busiest time of year so it may take a while’ after 3 weeks of trying I’ve given up. Useless, lying and rude company. Stay well clear

I have got a few t shirts from Lion Legion over the last month's. The quality is very good and they have some great t shirts, some good fun and some a more serious message. The packaging is good and delivery is very fast. This is the first place I go to for t shirts, they also do hoodies and sweatshirts. Good company.

My husband, who is a vet of 22 years ordered some stickers and paid for them. Unfortunately they never arrived, things happen. The problem is, we have now emailed them to solve this six times without any response. There is no phone number or any other way to sort the problem out.

High quality products at reasonable prices, ensure happy customers ( me!). I am happy to recommend Lion Legion at any time.

Signed up for first order 10% discount sent which wouldn't be accepted. Then got another discount and again not accepted. Placed order anyway and asked for it as a gift. It came with no message. Messaged them on Facebook, wrote on their Facebook page and emailed them direct. Absolutely nothing heard back. Appalling customer service and then they email me again to give them a good review for...a 10% discount. As if! Wouldn't use them again.
LATEST: Received a message from the Boss saying one of the team would contact me! Guess what? Surprise surprise I've seen or heard nothing. Just sort of sums up their customer service (or complete lack of it). My advice would be AVOID.

Unfortunately can’t give 0 stars. Bunch of scam artists. Order never arrived and every attempt to get hold of them have been ignored. Phone number does not exist and all emails bounce right back. Hopefully this review won’t get removed like my last one!!!

Have recently found Lion Legion and ordered T shirts on two occasions . The ordering was easy and quick . The delivery was swift and the T shirt quality and printing was very good . Will order again in the future .

I have purchased well over 50 of these t shirts, and have always been pleased with the quality and printing.
Sizes are generous and it’s refreshing to know that they will always provide a comfortable fit.
I will always support anyone producing patriotic designs, in addition to the very unusual based on on past TV programmes.

Ordered 2 teeshirts for Father’s Day 2025. One arrived, one hasn’t. Have emailed the company multiple times always getting an automatic reply but no further contact. Company phone number doesn’t work. No one answers emails. 4 months later I’m still down a teeshirt and £25 and frankly I’m p***ed off.

Its impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss the problem - only automated responses to emails and same with their contact and returns forms. Both phone numbers are not connected and the mobile number the search engine came up with is a pest controller who told me he's been getting loads of calls for Lion Legion, which shows how many people are trying to reach them. Before ordering the t-shirt we carefully measured using the size guide however the tshirt is way too large. We did want to exchange it for a size down but now just want to return it and get our money back. I don't want to deal with this company any longer than i have to. I just want to add that I rarely give bad reviews but in this case it seems like its the only way to get the attention of this company and get the matter sorted.

Good quality, fast delivery, alway been very satisfied with my purchases from this company. I only wish they would supply a product that applies more to former diesel boat submariners who served on boats with open bridges and guns.

Order for 3 T-shirts was processed and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, sizes were inconsistent and I requested to return two t-shirts for exchange. Despite completing the relevant form, numerous emails and attempts to contact the support team over the past 3 weeks, I have only received automatic responses. Two of the phone numbers have been disconnected and a mobile number I found through a search engine is incorrect. Having now searched the website for their policies, it would appear that the company do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.
