Great quality product and prompt excellent service as always. Mike is always helpful and the service level is exceptional. The garments are outstanding quality and wash well. Building up a lovely collection of these excellent garments.

I ordered a t-shirt on 25/8/2024, but somehow the ordering system missed out my house number from the delivery address, so Royal Mail returned to sender. Lion Legion said they would re-deliver when the package was returned to them. Royal Mail confirmed the package was returned but Lion Legion never re-delivered and they ignored many emails over several weeks. I eventually used the PayPal refund service to get my money back. Totally appalling customer service experience from Lion Legion.

*EDIT* Lion Legion have obviously not read my review, where I clearly stated I'd got a refund via PayPal. They are now saying they will re-deliver the t-shirt, which I no longer want, and will not pay for. Lion Legion, please do not attempt to re-deliver.

I found the instagram post for this company on Insta. Whether you are ex British Mil or not get your T shirts here and other items. I received my gear with 2 days. Thanks to Sarah for her help. Just like Big Annie, I’ll be back.

It is not my normal practice to review a company. However, after trying, unsuccessfully, to contact the company, via phone and website, I have made the decision to try and get an answer from them via a review.

I ordered a T Shirt from you that was paid for on 25th July 2024. In addition, I paid your stated charge for the delivery of this item. In an email of 9th August, you said that the item had been delivered on 30th July.

I have sent several emails and made several telephone calls to both the numbers on your website over several days without a response from you. I am particularly disappointed that you have not replied to my email of 10th August. You say that it was delivered on 30th July. However, it was not received by this household. I looked at the tracking information, but there was no signature on the slip to indicate that either JTO or I had received it. On Saturday 17th August I called at our local Post Office sorting office. They told me that the item had been returned to sender on Saturday 27th July and received by the sender at 1109am on 31st July. (Copies of relevant documents enclosed.) The reason the Post Office gave for the return was that my address was incomplete. The address you sent this item to was; Tenewydd Farm Estate, Alabama, Rhyl LL184JH. This is not the address I gave you as proved by the correct delivery of my first order (order no LL84959).

I would very much like you to look into this as a matter of urgency and inform me of the outcome within five working days. You can then either resend the item, to my correct address, or refund the purchase money in full including the price of postage.

The t-shirts are great high quality prints, perfect fits showing my patriotic side & the customer support I’ve received via Sarah has been second to none! Absolutely amazing items & customer support has been remarkably good!

Quality of the shirts seem to be slipping, this is the first time I've ever heard of sub quality shirts coming from Nicuagua of all places!, tried to contact Lion about this but never got a response, bit disappointing really.

Excellent service from start to finish. My hubby loved the first tee shirt so much that I had to get him another one. Material and quality really good and washed well.

ordered and payed for my tee shirts last november they sent them to wrong address to wales instead of norfolk so they said i have several accounts of messages the last time they they had been sent by royal mail 24 hour delivery no tee shirts yet again so i asked for proof of posting they never replied this company is a sorry bunch should be called liar legion

The fit and finish of the shirt was first class. The delivery was quick as well. I would recommend these guys. The designs are hilarious too.
