They damaged my car badly and no response for my complaint tried to contact them several times. Do not book. Will never use them again

SCAMMERS not a registered company

Please don’t use this company. We were delayed for 24 hours. They wanted to charge us an additional £25 for the day. They refused to return our car unless we paid. They eventually returned the car, when we asked for a receipt so we could claim our money back they argued. As a result the driver ran away with our key!! We involved the police. Hours later, several phone calls later it would appear this company isn’t registered! Hence no receipt. The key was eventually returned by another driver who kept his face hidden. Our car was returned in a shocking mess. They are absolute scammers. Please don’t even contact them. We are taking all steps to report them. Hope this helps at least one person. Don’t risk your car. We had them recommended through a recognised search engine.

Booked with Heathrow Valet Parking, should be struck off. Disgraceful company

Booked with Heathrow Valet Parking, which turns out is Lion parking. waited over an hour for my van to be returned only to find a massive hole in the door where someone had broken into it, they told me to get a qoute for the repair which i did from VW. They are now saying it is too expensive and will not pay. I have now contacted the police, trading standards and citizen advice. God only knows where it was parked, because they won't tell me

AVOID

AVOID! ZERO STARS!! They drove 55 miles with our car whilst it was left in their care and used a significant amount of diesel. Photo proof of before we left and on return! Plus the car in the back was all muddy and dirty! We cleaned it before we left and NEVER have passengers in the back! God knows what they got up to! Won't reply to emails! Will be taking this further! Disgraceful!!

Disgrace

Disgrace. DO NOT USE. Phoned as per instructed 30 minutes prior to arriving in Heathrow. No answer. Phone just continued to ring. Attempted over 40 times. Ended up having to park in long stay car park at a cost of £318.

NEVER EVER AGAIN

When arrived to drop the car off, we called as we only staying at the Premier Inn at Heathrow, and was told level 4 row A as stated on the email, the driver called saying he couldn't find us, but they had failed to say at the meet and greet area, which we never knew it was there, as we have never done a car drop off before, so after 4 calls we got managed to give over car keys, and off we went.
So with our return I called as they asked, half an hour before getting to the pick up point, to be told they were very busy,
As it was busy in the airport we decided to go to meeting point, where we waited 2 hours for the return of our car, and number of calls saying it will be soon and will call on way.
Which on its return the car and no phone call, the car was very clean (as its white),and had a alot of rain the day before, the driver looked stressed and was very apologetic. So no I would NEVER EVER use this company again

OVER 2 HOURS to get car back DO NOT USE

Waited over 2 hours to get our car back was told to call the driver after collecting luggage. Total Joke DO NOT USE there was numerous people at the airport going through same thing with this company i booked with compare and with LHR Executive parking which turns out i was booking with LION PARKING LTD. Go to Heathrow website do not use compare sites that lead to these incompetent rip off companies !

Pathetic Company who should be struck off

We booked a Meet & Greet service with LION PARKING LTD through Compare Parking site. Out outward drop off went as planned but our return journey we had to wait in the cold car park for 2.5 hours before our vehicle was returned. We contacted LION PARKING LTD on several occasions to ask where our vehicle was, only to be told that they were without a driver and that they were dealing with other customers and we should stop calling and wait until our vehicle is returned when ever that would be.

The operator had a could not care less attitude and although promised to keep us updated never called back once. When our vehicle was returned we were asked to collect at a different location so that the driver did not have to wait in the traffic.

Neither Compare Parking or Lion Parking have responded to our emails to accept some responsibility or completely ignore us along with LION PARKING LTD? Needleless to say we will not use or recommend Compare Parking again.

I have contacted Compare Your Parking requesting their complaints procedure but have yet to receive any response.
The fact that Lion Parking use a 'Gmail' account should have rang warning bells of a low standard company

DISASTROUS..

DISASTROUS..
Already waiting the 4th hour at the LHR arrivals for the driver to bring my car..lets see how many days this will take.
We are struggling to contain a tolder for 4hrs while making over 20 calls to 'Heathrow Valet Parking'' meet and greet' which seems a cover for 'Lion Parking'.
If your booking confirmation has any of these two numbers 07897905174/07479259475, cancel asap and save yourself.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Waited nearly two hours for our car. After calling 28 times they finally answered. We had to threaten them with calling the police. The only positive reviews are fake, do not use this company. They didn’t even ask for ID from me, he arrived, I flagged the car down, he got out and gave me the key and then disappeared. The Purple Parking guys in the car park said they see this multiple times a day and have asked for additional seating in the lobby of the parking specifically for this reason - so that those waiting an extra 2 hours have some where to sit.

Please avoid this company. Utterly disgraceful.

Would be 0 stars but not an option…
Absolute disgrace of a company.
Avoid and if you’ve booked cancel and go elsewhere.
Took over 2 hours to get car back. Was dirty and had clearly been used.
When confronted delivery driver left keys and paperwork on seat and just left.
Absolute joke… shouldn’t the allowed to operate at airport.

S*it company with a sh**t service. I am waiting to my car already 4 hours after a 10 hours flight. Still waiting... I made a mistake of not reading the reviews as 81 % of costumers think that lion parking is a massive sh**t.

Utterly Disgraceful

So they were half an hour late to take our car when we went and on return we waited two and a half hours for our car to be returned . We phoned several times and no one answered . When the man turned up he said he’d only been told 15 minutes ago we were there …. He couldn’t care less . Although we spoke to the office and actually got an human being and not an answer phone ….. Utterly disgraceful after a night flight and no sleep and a long drive home . Known as LION PARKING OR RAINBOW .. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !,,,,

Booked via a parking supermarket…

Booked via a parking supermarket (EZYbook) to get a good price with a company I thought was called "Heathrow Valet Parking - Meet and Greet" with a customer score of 9.9. Upon booking, the small print actually read "Ezybook acts as booking agents only and do not store or handle customer vehicles. Your service delivery contract will be with LION PARKING LTD". Ah .. BAIT & SWITCH :(

Indeed, Lion Parking lived up to their trustpilot review score of 1.9.
Outbound I had to wait for an hour before the driver arrived. This was despite the mandatory 30 minute call in before arriving and constant reassurances that a driver was "5-10 mins away". Had the controller provided an accurate time, I could have checked in and come back to the short stay car park to hand over the keys.

This was repeated on the inbound where again I had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive. I had previously agreed with the controller that they would waive the parking charge to compensate but this turned out to be hard work to claim as the driver insisted that he did not have a credit card to make a payment. Upon arguing, he relented and showed me a further pay machine at the exit which would accept his cash.

Avoid unless you enjoy spending hours on hold.
2 stars (rather than 1) as the inbound parking charge was waived.
Made all the more annoying by the other onsite valet parkers (who I used to use) giving me the old adage "pay peanuts ... get monkeys".

Absolutely rubbish service

Absolutely rubbish service. We were travelling with our disabled son. Our flight was 30 mins early so we called them straight away. Said will be 25 to 30 mins. We had just been on a 14hrs flight and it took about 10 phone calls of which they only answered 2 or 3. They took an hour and a half to bring our car.
There was another family waiting the same amount of time as us but couldn’t even get through to someone at the other end…!!!

Absolutely bad service from the…

Absolutely bad service from the beginning waiting 40 min to pick up to the end waiting 1 hour try contact with someone and 50 min after call to pick up my car . Used for the first time without checking the review and received the worst service.

Very good experience overall with someone promptly at the end of the line in each of my 3 phone calls

22Dec23. Called 30 mins ahead of drop off at 04:30 am. Call was answered promptly, 0747….465. They do not have a desk at LHR T5 but the driver was already there waiting. On the way back, i called on touch down and again once i collected my luggage and was advised that i had to wait for 10 mins. By the time i got to Level 4 Row S, i only had to wait for 5 mins. From time to time, i checked on the car app on my phone and the car had only been driven a few miles on delivery. The £6 airport entry and £6 exit fees are not included and have to be paid, which is fine. Very good experience overall with someone promptly at the end of the line on each of my 3 phone calls. I have to admit that i was horrified reading the other reviews here. I intend to use them again in Feb24. Have i just been lucky?

Avoid!

They lost our key! Lucky we had the spare key. Had to wait over 2hrs to get the car back. This was the last thing we needed after a 9hr flight, two young children and pregnancy. It then took them 2 months to provide a refund for our new key. I had to chase them numerous times. It’s frustrating because I didn’t even book with this company. The booking was changed 2 days prior to our trip and I missed the email advising us of this. Worst experience ever!

Absolutely rubbish service from the beginning to the end. Used for the first time without checking the review and received the worst service I ever had experienced. It took them to 1hr to return my car to the airport after a 7hr flight. Not only that, they also scratched my car and messed inside with dirt. What kind of company are they when they don't have phone number to contact only email. However, I'm chasing them and regret to use their service. Pleas don't use this rubbish company before you get regret.
