Overall experience not awful, but not great. Car was collected near enough on time, photos were taken of the exterior of the car and mileage taken. On my return had to wait about 30mins for my car on... See more

Appalling
Appalling - unable to contact them on route to airport or on arrival. Mobile went straight to voicemail and landline didn’t connect. Booked through comparison site, confirmation misleadingly said booking was with Platinum Parking Ltd but contact details were for Lion. Had to book with an alternative provider on site at Heathrow at huge expense to avoid missing our flight. DO NOT book with this company- a complete scam.
If I could give this company zero stars I would
If I could give this company zero stars I would. AVOID at all costs Lion Parking Heathrow, Premium Parking and any other names they operate under are the worst Meet & Greet service we have ever used. Drop OFF was questionable. They were 10mins late said it was traffic at 5.30am! No uniform or ID. On return they were over two hours late! They sent a what’s app asking me to confirm my arrival details on the day of departure which I did. Acknowledged my reply with a thank you. However, on our arrival in baggage reclaim at 10.30pm they were not responding to calls, and there was no one and no car at the drop off point where they told us to go and collect our car. After 40 mins someone answered our numerous calls to three different numbers said they’d call us straight back and let us know how far away the driver was but no further responses. After 2 hours we started to think the car had been stolen or involved in an accident and were about to call the police when the vehicle arrived. Driver had no id. Showed me a booking for the following day and said we were a day early. So I showed him my confirmation and what’s app message. He then said they’d checked my flight and it had been cancelled and moved till the next day. This is a rogue outfit. Do not trust them with your vehicle.
Do not use these rogues - avoid at all costs!
DO NOT USE LION PARKING/SIMPLE PARKING/PLATINUM PARKING. These companies are all owned by the same person, registered as a director on Companies Hoise, name of Sutharsan Sabapathi.
They returned my car with significant damage and have not responded to any emails or telephone calls requesting their insurance details.
Will be taking this to the small claims court
Awful DO NOT USE your car will get used…
Awful DO NOT USE your car will get used i even recived a pcn for Dartford crossing. Going to sue them in court
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Drop off was fine, however on collection I noticed a dent in the door. By the time id turned around to tell the staff member, he’d disappeared never to be seen again.
I complained via phone there and then, i was told to send a WhatsApp, so I did. They then told me to email, so I did. That was 5 emails ago with NO RESPONSE.
A couple of weeks after this I had to collect a family member from Heathrow. I drove to the barrier, pushed the ticket button but a message came up saying I was blocked from entering. An employee came out and said I had left the car park on the day I dropped it off and then returned the same day and tailgated in. My car was then left in the car park for the 10 nights I was away. Heathrow security tried to charge me £99 a night i.e. £990. I refused to pay it or move my car and said that they were allowing criminals to operate on their land and I was a legitimate customer.
Short and tall, they let me off and i entered the car park.
I have sent 6 emails of complaint and not had a single response. I am writing to the Airport owners, Watchdog and contacting my solicitor to take them to court.
Parking ticket while they had my car
Left my car with this company for a week where they got me a parking ticket on the first day which they refuse to reimburse. I am trying to contact the company and they are not answering their phones. Do not use this company extremely poor /non-existent customer service.
Awful and would. It use
Ok for dropping off. But when it came to picking up it was a shambles. The numbers given were not working. Voicemails not answered. When finally got hold of someone they said it’d be 25mins and we’d get a call. An hour later they had stopped picking up the phone and the driver still hadn’t arrived!
Eventually spoke with him after so many phone calls. He hadn’t even left the yard that was 15min away.
If you want a stress free parking do not book with LION or Mobit.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company if you want a speedy meet and greet at Heathrow airport. We had to wait to drop off our car and then had to wait over 40 minutes to collect our car. Very poor customer service throughout
Dreadful company..
Dreadful company... avoid at all costs.
Things went well at the airport drop off although there was no written evidence provided to me that they'd collectedmy car.
I later returned to the UK and, as per the company's written instructions, called them once I had cleared customs to pick up my car. I was then informed that there was no record of my vehicle in their system so they'd have to contact their admin for support. 15 minutes later, I had to call them again and was informed to wait about 30 minutes for an update.
I had to call them again 30 minutes later, was informed that my vehicle had now been traced but there were three people ahead of me so it'd likely take another hour to get my car. In all from it took almost two hours. I called them at approximately 10am and finally left the airport at around 11.49am! No apology, no explanation, just terrible service.
don't use this company.
don't use this company.
Typing this review whilst still waiting 2 hours and they keep lying saying it's seconds away..
Absolutely awful
They may be £10 cheaper but not worth waiting for your car after a 9 hour overnight flight
Appalling. Car went for a Joy ride!
Appalling. No explanation as to why the car went to Harrow on the first night they had it (we have a tracker!). The person on the phone could not speak English, Had to wait over 30 mins from us calling them for the car to arrive. Car park fees not included so allow £16 more than quoted! Spend a bit more for a better service from elsewhere. Won't be using them again.
AVOID
AVOID! Late, rude, and they do not pay entry charges - I had to pay a fine :( Worst car-parking firm I have ever used. Nevere again.
OMG GREAT SERVICE GREAT PRICE 🎉 miracles do happen!!
I don’t write reviews often, my last meet and great was terrible, BUT HAVE FAITH, THERE ARE GOOD ONES OUT THEIR!! I booked Lion Parking through the site COMPARE parking prices, and I was again sceptical as they were on the cheap side, but fear not, they called me 3 times before I reached the airport, at my stated time, ( nice to be chased for a change even though I was on time) car was collected in a professional manor. On my return, even though I experienced a 5 hour delay, they were where before got to short stay car park after I collected my luggage and called them. Car in good condition no excessive mileage as I took photo before and after.
My only criticism would be they adopt a corporate uniform or at least have company registered name badges!!! Well done Lion Parking 👏👏👏
Don’t use them please.
Don’t use them! Our connecting flight was delayed getting into Heathrow. I contacted them 9 hrs before and got no reply. When we arrived at 22;30 there was no answer. We had to wait overnight in the airport to pick our car up at 05;00, after 30 hrs travelling. We got no apology. Despite trying to contact them since we have received nothing. Dispicable service . Do not use.
90 min wait on return
On drop off, the car was picked up promptly at Heathrow with no problem. However, on my return, we had to wait almost 90 minutes and make 9 phones calls before I got my car. I received no apology and the driver just took off without a word. What I did get however was a £80 PCN as instead of the terminal car park they dropped it in the drop off zone and said nothing. I've emailed through a complaint but needless to say I will not be using them again!!
Start to finish absolute rubbish use at…
Start to finish absolute rubbish use at your peril 🥵 Arrived at Heathrow drop off point rang the company prior to our arrival, said they had dispatched a driver collect our car sat waiting for driver to arrive, 30 minutes later still no driver called the company to be told there was someone on there way waited another 30 minutes and told the driver was there , he arrived after wandering around us for the next 15 minutes we asked him twice if he was our driver replied no and then decided he was our driver, check your vehicle passed him the keys no receipt for key nothing. We returned home 3 weeks later called the company to stay we had passed customs and waiting for our car sat, to them be told that they had misplaced our car keys and couldn’t return the car just yet to wait in the terminal building someone would be in contact waited 30 minutes, which I called them back as to where my vehicle was , to be told they still hadn’t found our keys and we have to take an uber home a 3 hour journey which my response was definitely not , could we wait a little longer so after waiting nearly 3 hours for the return of our car I would definitely not recommend you this company, totally unacceptable behaviour if you value your car please do not use this service
They Scratched my Wheels.
They Scratched my Wheels.. I served a Court Order on them and they have changed the registered business and created a new one to avoid legal charges.. They are cowboys
Do not use!
Without doubt the worst Meet & Greet I’ve ever used.
Upon arrival, we had to wait half hour for our driver and pay for short stay parking despite calling ahead. When we returned, our car was at the wrong terminal despite giving flight details and telling them we’d be returning to terminal 4. We had to wait over an hour despite calling ahead again as the member of staff argued about the booking over the phone. Will never use ever ever again.
I have to post about this company they…
I have to post about this company they were brilliant prompt and great service , I feel there are so many negative comments which is very unfair . I can actually say they were brilliant great value for money . I was worried about all the negative comments but their service was fantastic .
Booked through Compare Parking Prices
Booked through Compare Parking Prices. Was supposed to drop the car off at Heathrow Terminal 2 but there as a issue where the police had closed off the area so they were accommodating and let me drop off the car at Terminal 5. On my return the flight was delayed. I messaged them and they said that was fine and just to call when I get my baggage. I did that and the car arrived about 5 mins after I reached the pickup point. Very happy with how accommodating they were. Only improvement I would suggest is for them to give a receipt when they pick up the car and for passenger to give that receipt back when the car is returned or that they ask for some form of ID to confirm.
