I have to post about this company they were brilliant prompt and great service , I feel there are so many negative comments which is very unfair . I can actually say they were brilliant great value for money . I was worried about all the negative comments but their service was fantastic .
Booked through Compare Parking Prices
Booked through Compare Parking Prices. Was supposed to drop the car off at Heathrow Terminal 2 but there as a issue where the police had closed off the area so they were accommodating and let me drop off the car at Terminal 5. On my return the flight was delayed. I messaged them and they said that was fine and just to call when I get my baggage. I did that and the car arrived about 5 mins after I reached the pickup point. Very happy with how accommodating they were. Only improvement I would suggest is for them to give a receipt when they pick up the car and for passenger to give that receipt back when the car is returned or that they ask for some form of ID to confirm.

In contrast to all the negative reviews, everything worked as a clockwork, good value for money.
Consider that people who write negative reviews might be a minority and this review is my way of thanking the company and giving them credit for excellent service. (we traveled in a 16 year old family runabout, i would not risk my new car) will use loin parking again!

I would advise against using this company. Thankfully our car was not damaged, unlike many others.
Ultimately, you get what you pay for, they are cheap and terrible. We were made to wait over an hour at drop off despite phoning to confirm arrival time (we were on time per our booking), which cost me more in the on the day parking ticket, and they kept lying on the phone about how long it would be.
Then on pick up we had read the bad reviews about timing so we phoned as soon as we got off the plane at 6:10, told he was on the way. We then phoned again at 6:40 when we arrived at the car park and were told 20 minutes; but when the driver turned up at 7:10 he had brought the wrong car. The boss on the phone said we should get in with his driver and go to the “yard” and collect our car, which I refused on principle. We eventually got our car at 8am, almost 2 hours after we initially phoned to tell them to leave.
The person on the phone is very rude, hangs up on you or doesn’t even answer your calls after he’s said it’ll be 5 minutes and it’s been 20.

Don’t use them. And if I could I would leave no stars. Called on arrive as instructed no one here to meet and greet eventually arrived. Phoned during baggage collection was told 10-15 mins it’s now been an hour and I am still waiting. All I’m getting is phone calls trying to confirm car make and staying be 10-15 mins don’t ever use this company.
Unhappy customer
WE had to wait over an hour and half for our car. I took a photo of my mileage when I left the car but when they brought it back there was 80 miles not accounted for. I had left my back seats down but found they had been put back up. The inside was really dirt with lots of dirt under the mats on the drivers side. Do not user this company

Used this company on 30th October 2025, took them 1hr to come and meet us at the ‘Meeting Point at Heathrow Airport’. Which resulted in us having to rush and check-in our bags. They tried to say we was late and charge an additional £20 which refused as the company was late and not us. We had to pay £15 for car parking on site whilst waiting for the pickup due to their delay.
On return from our Holiday, we had to wait 1hr 30mins for them to come and return the car, this is when we notice there was a big scratch and dent on our bumper. The driver also noticed this when checking the before and after pictures. We were advised to email them to rectify the issue and it’s been 3 weeks now and had no response. After multiple phone calls to the company, still don’t have a resolution and looks like we will be left to foot the bill. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with and their customer service is terrible. If you take 1 thing from this review NEVER USE THEM
With the cost we are now paying for their very unprofessional service and lack of care for customers vehicles, we should have just parked at Heathrow Car Park. There would be no damage to our car and no waiting time. And more safer!

On collection, I followed the instructions and called them after we collected our bags and they said it is a 40 minute wait! There was no apology, they just said ‘it’s busy, not sure what you expect us to do, all our drivers are out at other terminals’
When booking it says the fee will be £5 on arrival and exit however it was £7.50 on both arrival and exit!

When we arrived at the airport to drop the car off we went to level 4 and parked up as advised, we had already called the company when we was 20mins away to say we was arriving. They wasn’t there when we arrived and had to wait 20mins for them to arrived to collect the car. On the day of coming home, the company messaged asking for our flight number during the day, we let them know when we was boarding and when we landed. Called them when we came out of the airport for them to say they haven’t got the car yet. We called and called and called, said they was on there way, but they wasn’t, car has a tracker so we could see where the car was parked and it wasn’t moving.. We rang again, he answered then hung up after realizing who we was… we called the main line to be told 10minutes, another 25 minutes later car still hasn’t arrived. After 1hr 30mins from landing we finally got the car back!!
Communication was awful, lied about timing and no reason for any of this when they arrived. AVOID

Late when coming to the meet and greet so already was nervous about pick up. Gave my flight number time of arrival, when I landed I informed them I had landed, then called them before collecting bags apparently on there way. Got through called again was told to wait in terminal as car had still not been picked up. After 1hour and 30mims I eventually got through to someone who said he will be there in 10 minutes half hour later a driver turned up no apology nothing. Awful service rude only saving grace was my car wasn't damaged.

I used Lion Parking Meet & Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5 and was really impressed with their service. I was quite stressed on arrival as I couldn’t find the correct spot for the meet and greet. The driver went above and beyond to help — he told me to stay where I was and personally came to find me. He even helped me get out of the parking area (where I’d accidentally ended up) and was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout, which really put my mind at ease.
On my return, I only waited around 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine. My car was handed back to me in the exact condition I left it, and the handover was smooth and professional.
Overall, a really positive experience — excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a company that genuinely cares. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lion Parking again.
Very slow and poor communication
As instructed,we called when we were 30 minutes away from the airport. We called a further three times and were told 5minutes or less each time - you collect a ticket on entry that you pay when the driver collects the car - we paid for an hour's parking because the driver was late. On the return we again waited around 45minutes. They blame traffic but there was none on our drive into the airport. We waited so long we may as well have used long stay parking and got the bus.

Do not use this company- They have badly damaged my car. I have video footage of my being banged and hit by the careless staff. I sent a complaints email to which they said they would respond. 14 days later nothing from them so I have started a small claims court proceedings against them for the damage caused. Luckily with the car it records footage of the movements around the car to which it all shows the careless behaviour of the staff.

I was really shocked and disappointed upon arrival at Heathrow airport. I landed at 08:00 after a long flight. When I dropped my car before I left UK, i was told to call when am off the plane and call again after getting my bags. I called and the number was going straight to voice mail. I was really worried after trying to call for more than 20min and the call going straight to voice mail. I finally got someone to talk to that was around 08:20 and was told my car will be delivered soon so should go and wait. I waited for almost 30min and call again around08:50, they still told me to wait my car will be with me in another 20 to 30min. I was so stressed and disappointed for all that waiting time. After 20min i called again but on this time, it was another person who picked up the call and he was really really rude and so arrogant. He gave me another 30min that will be around 10:00.
My car was finally delivered to me around 10:00 and the driver mat was soo dirty with muddy foot print. Don't believe that happen to my car because I washed it before dropping it to them and to see your car in that condition. Never used them again.

On my return had to wait about 30mins for my car once I'd rung them (after baggage collection).
Car had little fuel in, smelt and didn't notice till the following day, but had obviously been scrapped along something as there was a scratch and another colour on my car, that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
THIS COMPANY IS VERY UN-PROFESSIONSAL DON'T USE IT.
I booked through a booking agent, 6 days parking at Heathrow & was sent a confirmation email & instructions for drop off & collection. For drop off 26th August 2025 we were told to ring 30mins before arrival, which I did. No one arrived to meet us for a further 20mins after we arrived, then it was lucky I spotted him as he wasn't at the meeting place where we were.
A few hours before leaving 1st Sept 2025 whilst waiting at out hotel for a taxi, I saw I had missed calls via WhatsApp & a mystery picture of a key, which wasn't my car key. After trying to ring back & no reply finally got through with WhatsApp message & it turned out they had lost my car key. We then had our Taxi to get on out flight home. I had a very stressful flight home wondering how we were going to get the 40 miles home.
Contacted them on arrival at Heathrow, they said call an UBER which they would pay for, we had never done this & were not prepared to start an account to do this. They then arranged a driver from another company to collect us & take us home collect my spare key & would deliver my car back the next day & source a new key to replace the missing one (Jaguar keys are expensive!!)
This driver turned up in his own car, which was an ok car but absolutely stank, lucky we didn't live in Wales or Manchester or somewhere further!
We arrived home at 1am. Driver expected a tip we didn't give one. Normally we always do tip taxi drivers, he wasn't a taxi though & not even a good driver, with a uncomfortably smelly car.
Not having a car was very difficult (we only have one car) & needed shopping.
The following day no contact from Lion Car Parking, finally at 11am I messaged (no reply on phone) they said they had found the missing key & my car would be delivered back with both keys, they'd let me know a time. by 4.40pm no messages so I messaged again, reply came at 5.30with loads of questions. Car arrived back at 7pm. I told them I wanted a full refund as well as compensation for the stress caused. He gave me a load of bull about the company they park the cars with & them owning Lion money. Not my problem, my contract was with you.
To date 19th Sept 2025
I have received NO refund or compensation.
