I was billed for at least 3 boxes and only ever received 1. Products were mediocre in the only box I received. No customer service to help fix unfulfilled orders or fraudulent billing either.

SCAM

SCAM! They took my money & keep telling me my item was shipped. It's been months now with no item. Same reply to emails. It was shipped. It's all BS!

Scam!

Scam!! Have not recieved my subscriptions for months cannot get anyone to help me find out what is going on. They say same thing every email that they sent it over to shipping. Will not refund me or send my items😡

I have been paying for their…

I have been paying for their subscription since June of 2019 and received their bags with no issues until February of 2020. I received a bag in March of 2020, the product was inside a Manila envelope. I have not received any bags since then but they continue to charge my account. I thought they had gone out of business. Please include me in the class action suit.

A scam

I paid for a one year subscription as a gift for my daughter in law in April and zero of her monthly orders have been sent. I receive a monthly thank you for your order but nothing gets sent. If there is a group action - count me in - this is currently a scam

I ordered July and September's plus box…

I ordered July and September's plus box and they have taken the money but yet has failed to send me my subscription I barely get anybody to answer me back when they do it's like 4:00 in the morning they tell me they're looking into it and then nothing for months all I'm asking is for the stuff that I ordered or my money back it's not that hard but when I go online and I see that they're still selling subscriptions for the boxes that they're not sending anybody it's not fair somebody should be able to do something they shouldn't be able to take all these people's money and not give them the product and still be able to do it get these people refund stop business it's sad to see all these people be taking advantage of they should do the right thing and give people their refunds stop taking advantage of people especially in the time that this world is in they're trying to spend their hard-earned money on a product that you promised them and you're not giving it to him they could be using that money for so much other different things

Ditto. If there is a class action suit, I would love to be counted in. They are stealing. They were quick to take my money in mid-September, Early, early October and now November - their withdrawal was the first to hit my bank account.

I have not received anything and no answer to my emails.

I would love to be added to that class action lawsuit…

I would totally be on board if there was a class action suit as I went through one year and received five of the 12 bags emailed asking to cancel because the cancellation button on my account wouldn't work and then I was charged again even though I clearly stated I did not want to renew. I have now since cancel that card so another annual of email telling me I've learned so many points and if you log into the account it shows so many unfulfilled bags that at this point it is awful and I do believe it is very fraudulent. So I'm now old a lot of product or I just wanted to be refunded

Class action lawsuit in the making …

I am in the same boat as the rest of the ladies that have reviewed this. They took my money and haven't sent anything oncontected support and got the same exact message. I have canceled so we will see. But honestly this looks like it could turn into a class action lawsuit real fast.

If i could give this a negative star review i would. They will take your money on time but not send you anything. They are stealing at this point. I am so over this company
I want my money back or the product that is owed. Absolutely horrible.

Lip monthly is a huge joke!!! SUBSCRIBER BEWARE!!! EVERYONE SHOULD CANCEL NOW!!! Or do not sign up! I've sent email after email with no response or the usual sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah but nothing happens after that...apparently you push all your current subscribers this way? Does anybody know what they are doing there? I'm fed up!!! I've had this subscription for a year, maybe more. I've received only 2 bags! One for January and my account went 3 months behind so they sent the same 3 bags to make up for Feb, Mar, and April...NOW my account is BEHIND FIVE MONTHS! I DO NOT WANT 5 OF THE SAME BAG....i wanted ANYTHING FOR COMPENSATION but not the same 5 things like last time...why would anyone want that???...thats so stupid. I've already cancelled because of this experience and want my money back. Maybe a supervisor should get involved or even the freaking CEO. But this is WRONG. And I see now how many ppl its happened to. I was a dedicated and loyal customer, never missed a payment and this is how everyone gets treated. Shame on the whole company! I most absolutely will be telling my bad experience to everyone because THIS is where I'm at. Im extremely frustrated that NO ONE has taken ownership of the situation and its gotten this bad that THIS is how I got to be?!?! I understand "shipping delays" but this is far beyond just a simple delay. The shipping department does nothing. This is the second time its happened so I don't know whats going on. But no one will help! I have major doubts that anything will change so everything is really true about this company and thats really disappointing...save money, time and aggravation...cancel now! Scam!!!

When I first signed up.I received my bag. I then received the next two months bags. However, I paid for May 2021, June 2021 and July 2021 and I still have not received any of these three bags. It's not October 2021. I guess I'm going to have to make a claim with my bank and the BBB. This is ridiculous. There shipments were about a month behind, but I haven't received anything since April. I enjoyed the bags that I did get so I'm sad that this company has gone under.

I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and August 2021. I never received these products. I made quite a few emails to lip monthly. To no avail. It's always the same thing, we will look into this matter, or we will send a note to shipping. Still haven't received the products. So frustrating that lip monthly advertises for new customers when the can't even take care of existing customers. No sense ordering from them. You're wasting your money. Worst subscription ever!!!!

Scam never recieved anything

Well after reading other recent reviews, I am thankful I only signed up for 1 month. Though i signed up for both lip monthly and lip monthly plus. Both never arrived, customer service simply sends out auto replies and never actually does anything as far as helping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 40$ down the drain

SCAM

SCAM! I’ve never received a bag and have been subscribed for months. I can’t even log in to unsubscribe, because it tells me my email is invalid, yet they email me about referring a friend constantly. Don’t waste your money on them.

I first ordered their $5 starter bag

I first ordered their $5 starter bag. It was supposed to be 5 items, I only got 3. A very cheap lip balm, eye shadow pallet with 2 colours and something else, I forget now but it wasn’t even makeup. So I was going to cancel my subscription. They offered to send me my first subscription bag at 50% off. So I agreed to stick it out and see what the actual subscription is like. They took their payment for the back WITHOUT the discount, so I paid full price. They never sent my order. It’s been 2 months. Multiple attempts to reach out to customer service. This is there reply every single time

I’ve asked for a refund or if they could send me another bag to replace my order that is still unfulfilled and they never answer about it. I have now completely cancelled my subscription.

Do not purchase lip monthly! They will take your money and not send you any product. I paid for a year and only received one month back in May and they never reply to your messages! Save your money and time!!

I subscribed to a year long subscription and have not received anything for the past 5 months. the only response i've gotten is "we'll send this to our shipping department" and after several follow ups, they have stopped responding completely. get ipsy instead, they're reliable.
