Lack of faith in this site
My order was accepted and money transferred from my account when the shoes were not in stock or subsequently available. Even though my money was returned I was left short of funds to allow me purchase elsewhere which deprived me the opportunity to get a bargain in a timely fashion.

Bought a jacket in the sales
Bought a jacket in the sales. Decided two days later that it did not suit me. There is no refund just exchange for sales items within four days which seems too strict and not consumer friendly.

Ordered boots online
Ordered boots online . When i recieved them they had mistakenly sent two odd sizes but when i contacted them they were so nice and organised a courier to leave the right size and pick up the wrong one. So i recieved what i needed the next day. Brilliant customer service . Would definitely shop with lipstick again
