There is room for improvement
I ordered goods on the 23rd of January 2025, and I still haven't received the shipment. The package seems to have disappeared somewhere in the Netherlands. At first, the company was cooperating and filed a complaint with the postal company, but with no result. Then they moved on to claim that the package was held by the Danish customs, which is nonsense, as the package hasn't even reached Denmark. The last time I wrote to them, they took a week to respond.
According to the EU rules, it is 100% their responsibility that the customer gets the goods that they paid for within a reasonable time. We are now at 6 weeks, which is not reasonable by any stretch!
