Liquid London Excellent Customer Service
Liquid London customer service is fantastic. My bottle was broken in transit and had leaked everywhere (best smelling box ever, which is now in my living room being used as an air freshener lol ) I emailed customer service with a few pics, it was resolved without any issue. Perfume was unfortunately broken on delivery. Contacted customer services and Adam responded so quickly and reassured me a new one was being dispatched. So helpful and polite. Incredibly rapid response.

Fast and efficient customer service/refund
The perfume did not agree with me so I wrote to customer services, got an immediate reply as to how to go about a refund. Once the parcel had arrived back at their warehouse I got an immediate refund on my PayPal account minus the shipping costs.
Very happy with the efficient and prompt customer services and refund.

The scent is lovely
The scent is lovely, but unfortunately not lasting more than few moments, even a basic deodorant spray lasts longer. Have no clue about the second “part” of the pheromones as is not lasting long enough for anyone to notice.
I think they should work on a stronger lasting scent and honestly I do not understand all the good reviews unless they fake.

Complete waste of money
This perfume was a complete waste of money. The scent fades in less than 30 minutes, and no one around me could even tell I was wearing it. The fragrance smells cheap and low quality, and you could find something similar on TEMU for a fraction of the price.
What disappointed me even more was that the social media ads appear to be AI-generated, which made the product seem much better than it actually is. Unfortunately, I feel misled and regret purchasing it.

I purchased this product on Tuesday 16th and received it this morning, fantastic dispatch/delivery time/service. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the dispenser cap and to my actual horror, as the anticipation is soooooooo real, I couldn't try it out😢. I contacted the LL Customer service team and was met with a swift response from Gareth, who I believe has a cape haha 😂. His interaction with me as an excited yet deflated new customer, and the issue's resolution was impeccable. An impressive level of customer service was demonstrated and haste was paramount as stated in our communications. Thank you Gareth, I'm eagerly awaiting my replacement 😊😁........
