They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the machine was set up perfectly, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We had a K2 fitted 5 months ago then we…

We had a K2 fitted 5 months ago then we started having problems with E90 fault had an engineer out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then same fault appears Friday, no one could come out til Monday. If I didn’t have a spare machine this would have meant a cafe with no coffee as they don’t have engineers work weekends. Communication from customer service is non existent as I emailed them Friday wanting an answer and now it’s Monday afternoon and still no response.
Engineer came today and replaced lots of parts and seems to be working fine but won’t know until tomorrow when the cafe is open again. Engineer was brilliant no complaints about him.
Hopefully this will make them contact me.
Spend about 8k on a machine then ignored when you raise a complaint

Your concerns regarding the delay in communication are also noted, and we sincerely apologise for not responding to your email as quickly as expected.

We’re pleased to hear that our engineer was able to attend and that you found their service to be excellent. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind comments. We also hope the repairs carried out have resolved the issue, but we agree that consistent performance over the coming days will be the true test.

Please be assured that your experience is not the level of service we aim to provide. We would really like the opportunity to follow this up properly, ensure everything is now working as it should, and address your concerns directly. One of our Team will reach out to under separate email.

Excellent Liquidline

Our Zip Tap stopped working. I emailed the helpline and an engineer was out at lunchtime. He ordered the spare part as the Heat Pump had stopped working. His colleague arrived the next morning, with the spare part and repaired the machine to full working order - all in less than 24 hours.

Emily Melia and Liquidline

Emily Melia has been a superb ambassador for Liguidline. I have always been slightly reserved when considering investing in a "coffee machine" but she capably demonstrated the benefits to myself and my team and before long a new machine and water dispenser was installed. I would very much recommend Liquidline to anybody considering a purchase. The support and aftersales have been excellent and your employees will be "made up". Thumbs up!
