They are thieves.

These thieves refused to ship my order in its entirety in a timely manner, and went radio silent when their partial shipment was returned to sender and I demanded a refund. It's been over a month since I placed the order, and I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm still waiting on the dispute to be resolved, and my money is in limbo. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any purchase in my life.

Horrible company placed the order on 31…


Horrible company placed the order on 31 January. Told me the label shipping waited a week double checked it still hadn’t left the factory. Another week goes by. I tracked the number. It doesn’t give me any information. I called the delivery service. They said it hasn’t been shipped yet. I called the company. They say it has been shipped yet and then the next day they write me oh, we’re gonna ship it now and I never got my product big fraud. They should be shut down.

Buyer Beware!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I feel like I've been lied to multiple times. I made a purchse on January 27th with a delivery date of Feb 5th. That date has come and gone.... Customer service said it would ship out with in 1- 9 days... so I waited... It's now been 22 days. A UPS label was created, but nothing has shipped. BUYER BEWARE!! I do not have the warm fuzzies that I will ever receive my bottle. I don't want anyone else to get put into this same situation. I confess- I did not check the reviews before I purchased. Shame on me.... I would have seen that they have 1.9 stars and should have gone to another resource.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I only recieved partial delivery. They never respond. I am now fighting with Amex to reverse the charge. They have literally robbed me of over $1000. They are criminals and a scam

Most Impeccable Packaging Ever

Giving credit where credit is due.
Jan 26: I ordered a bottle.
Jan 27: Received email saying shipment for order #65835 was on the way with a tracking number. When I clicked the link it said UPS hadn't received the package yet.
The order page on the website said it's on it's way and expected Jan 30th.
Jan 29: Reached out to Cust Serv via email for order updates and they said it's currently in process.
Feb. 6: Order delivered with the most impeccable packaging and wrapping I've ever seen! The way this bottle was wrapped, it could've been used in the Super Bowl and would've come out unscathed!!

At the end of the day, you just need to know their shipping policy page says orders ship within 1-9 days, the communication and tracking is "off", but I received my order in perfect condition and it was indeed shipped within that time frame.
Their shipping confirmation/communication just needs some work.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. As you will find other people mention in these posts they shipped me broken bottles and since then have been absolutely useless. They are unresponsive and the toll-free number goes to some recording that nobody checks. Trash stay away

Terrible company and customer service

Terrible company and customer service. Paid a fortune for expedited shipping. They shipped the items out after the estimated delivery time. Requested a refund for expedited shipping fee five times. Customer service refused to refund.

THiS IS A SCAM!!

THiS IS A SCAM!!! Order a decanter, paid a fortune for 3 day delivery and gave me the date it was supposed to be here. It arrived 5 days after shipping. Seal was broken, box was wet, smelled like bourbon, the decanter was broken and paint pealing off. They refused a refund and told me they would replace. That was a week ago and now they aren’t answering my emails. Horrible horrible le company and scam!!

I ordered 12 bottles of Blanton's and they shipped them unprotected and they arrived with a bottle temperature of 128 degrees. They are ruined so I refused delivery and they were sent back to sender. The seller, "Liquor Bar Delivery" only refunded 1/2 of the money and for 6 months now I have been disputing this charge. Just like all the other reviews state.....This business is crooked!

Excellent experience

My experience with Liquorbar was very positive. Received order confirmation and five days later I received the bottles packed very well. Very pleased with this company. Was worried looking at other comments but mine personal experience was great. Thanks Todd

Liquor Bar Tomfoolery

Ordered product, received e-mail notification that it was on its way with a provided UPS tracking # & delivery date of 3/18/25. UPS reported the pkg was not in their possession yet. On the delivery date, 3/18/25, received an e-mail from the seller (LBD) that the product was out of stock. No explanation. Would not recommend patronizing this business.

SCAM COMPANY - GO ELSEWHERE

I purchased (2) sets of bourbon. Both included Blantons and Weller. One delivery, when opened was covered in bourbon. You could smell it right away. The five bottles had been shoved together with nothing between them and wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap, however "supposedly" the heat caused the seal to leak on the Blanton's bottle. The most expensive bottle in the set and what would have brought the most money for our charity auction. (United Way of Sumner County Gala). I send video of opening the package and still shots of the bottle. I offered to send it back and asked for a replacement. They refused

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with [Liquor Bar Delivery]. I purchased a bottle for $350 as a keepsake, expecting it to increase in value over time. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived damaged, making it completely worthless as a collectible.
I do not drink, No one in my family does, so this was purely an investment. After months of back-and-forth, the company refused to properly address the issue and only refunded me $20 which is unacceptable. Their customer service was unresponsive and dismissive.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering, as I would have avoided this company. Buyers beware! If you expect quality service and fair resolutions, look elsewhere.

Unsatisfied

My email to them:
Hello,
My experience with ordering from your company has been very poor. I ordered about a week ago and quickly realized I put in the wrong address. I left multiple voicemails and tried to call a few more times with no response. Now the package arrives and is under a pound of bubble wrap and the gift bag I purchased is for a bottle of wine.
Truly no care was given to my order and my google review will reflect as much.

The failed to deliver the box with the bottle. The shipment was packed with crumbled Whole Foods shopping/garbage bags
Delivery date was 2 weeks late.

Sent me the wrong item

This company sent me the wrong item. They pretended to help me correct their error, but ended up ghosting me when they realized they did not actually have the $400 bottle they advertised. They then proceeded to misrepresent themselves to my credit card company as if they did nothing wrong. Never got what I paid for and they said everything went as a normal transaction with them would occur.
