Placed order and paid two months ago-no…

Placed order and paid two months ago-no delivery yet.
There system says on March 8th-being packaged for shipment... they do not answer the phone during posted hours 12:15-5pm pst. Chat worthless.
Their website says the product I ordered is IN STOCK.

I did get the bottle of alcohol I had…

I did get the bottle of alcohol I had ordered in a decent amount of time (in just under 2 weeks), but I had to threaten them to get some of my money back. Had to threaten to make a charge back with my bank because the glasses I bought along with my bottle didn’t get shipped and they said they had. Only had one tracking number and one box only large enough for the bottle itself. The bottle was packed nicely and came in without issue. The number they give out will never work and is never going to go thru even during the times it says they are there.

If you have issues threaten to do a chargeback on your card. Seen another review how someone said the same thing. They hate it and will give you your money back quickly.

I would never buy from them ever again. I’m usually better at looking up reviews before I buy from a random company I have not bought from before and for some reason I didn’t this time. You live and learn. Should have my money back within the next 10 days.

Out of $800 for a bottle i purchased…

Out of $800 for a bottle i purchased and never received. The bourbon was shipped weeks late and I was out of town at the time. I placed delivery on hold with UPS for new delivery date but they ended up shipping it back to Liquor Stars. I called but could never get through. Always got a recording even during their so called business hours. Texted. Chatted. Multiple e mails. I also paid $33 for shipping protection. What a joke. They responded to 1 e mail saying they would ship it back to me but they never did. They just kept my $800. Horrible company. No customer service. Do not do business with them.

Fraud

These guys are terrible. They offer up reproductions as originals and then claim they told you that. They forget everything is via text and email. Buyer beware for sure.

I have received some products from them but I have to chase them every single time. They promise it will be out the door the next day. One purchase took months and only after I texted and email'd constantly.

They should be prosecuted for mail and wire fraud. I'm definitely filing a complaint with my state AG and may take a trip to CA to pay a visit.

Customer service must improve


Customer service must improve. Very difficult to get a hold of their customer service support team. It is important to make consumers feel confident when making purchases online, and lack of response makes you lose that confidence. I have placed several orders and been told that my orders would ship within the next day or two. Weeks would pass without an update and finally someone replied stating the order would ship the next day. I eventually received the order weeks later but did not appreciate the lack of transparency.

My most recent experience was an order placed in error by clicking “order” rather than the promo code, as they were offering a free shipping deal. I emailed them immediately since they hardly answer phone calls, and asked if they could kindly either cancel my order or allow me to enter the promo code. While all of my previous orders shipped many weeks later, this order was shipped the very next day and they said they could not cancel it. I have placed orders with other online stores and have had to cancel some of them. Those requests were granted without question, even though some of them had non-cancellable policies.

I enjoy collecting fine bottles and would have continued giving them my business, but I found them to be unreasonable and unprofessional. One individual even replied with rude and sarcastic comments after my request to cancel. Therefore, I would not feel confident spending my time and money with them unless their business culture changes.

I originally bought fortaleza blanco…

I originally bought fortaleza blanco just for cocktails and didn’t expect much else. Somehow it turned into something I sip neat now too. Crisp, peppery and surprisingly smooth on the finish. It earned its place on my shelf.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! There is no customer service. Phone Number stay out of service and will not answer chat messages nor emails. Thankfully my credit disputed for me because they couldn't get an answer from them. All the negative reviews you have read......BELIEVE THEM!!!

My experience was a complete lack of customer service

I placed an order on Saturday, I realized Saturday night that I had the package being delivered to my home, but no one would be there. I sent 3 or 4 emails and tried calling all day on Monday and Tuesday to update my shipping information so it could be delivered to my office. I never did get any response. I ended up paying UPS to hold it at their store for pick up. I got a good deal on the product, however, I seen it said in another review that they weren't sure humans worked there. I question that as well. Not one person seen my multiple emails or was answering calls during the allotted time stated they would. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
