Very swift and professional response to a complaint of mine.
Some social media troll was using their name and my photo to fish. I noticed, reported and got a very quick reply with what they did and what I could/should do.

They are ready to recieve money from anyone but to handle a refund? makes me feel like im doing a marathon to get my refund back, because of some SH!TTTTTY regulations, i deposited xxxx amount of euros into my account but it says verification failed, alright because its under someone else his name i understand, but why allow people to buy crypto if you guys reject unverified bankaccounts? i cant find my order ( pending status) anywhere in their site, because it is so complicated to move around and check your order statuses, my order is now frozen due to verification denial, atleast have someone on the phone constantly who is able to solve problems like this. customer support is -100/10

In our rules, instructions and even FAQ you will find that transferring funds, from any name other than the name of the account holder, will fail. The funds will be returned to the sender.
