The Litecast engineer couldn't have been more helpful and went over and above to help me with the drawings and design of our floor.

Needed block and beam floors (3 rooms) quickly for an extension which we started only to discovered it was predominantly on made up ground (lesson learnt….do more thorough ground investigation). Time was of the essence and was being quoted 6 weeks plus for manufacture and delivery. Found Litecast Ltd who were relatively local. They took my drawings and provided a detailed building reg compliant design and quote within a couple of days. Had no issue making a couple of minor changes I needed and re-issued. Placed orders by return and was promised delivery within 5 days. Ended up collecting within 3 !!! All fit perfectly and they provided slips and air vents for the scheme. Great service, nothing seemed too much trouble and turned what could of been a major delay into a minor hiccup. Will use again and recommend….their prices seemed very competitive also….could not fault

Very easy transaction. Always good communications with regular updates on order progress and delivery. Quick response to technical questions. Also very price competitive. Second time I have used Liecast on a self build and would recommend.

Excellent service from Litecast. I initially requested a quotation which was received quickly. I sent the team updated measurements once the first stage of the build was completed and I received the revised quotation promptly. I then proceeded to place phase one of the order which I requested to be delivered on 2 stages due to space limitations on-site, Litecast were more than accommodating and delivered the items on time and also assisted with placing them in the position I requested. Just waiting for the next phase of the build before ordering the remaining floor beams.

These guys revolutionised block and beam. I am not affiliated with the company but the XT system is all we use for all of our domestic extension projects and I recommend them to everyone. Turnaround from drawing to site delivery is quite remarkable given the pandemic and what’s going on in the world at the moment. Once you use them you won’t go back to anything else. Fast, efficient, easy to install and comparatively cheaper. Litecast were a great discovery.

I can recommend Litecast as an efficient and helpful company. When ordering concrete beam they completed delivery within 6 days. Other companies I tried could only manage it within 3 weeks. I am happy with the product and have installed the block and beam floor within 7 days from the date of my first contact with them.

From the outset it was clear that the various departments within this company work together as one to provide a superb service, from the initial enquiry for a design through to the delivery. All were really friendly, professional and helpful and handled a few complications brilliantly.

The online designer is a great help and provided an excellent diagram for the installation. Measurements were absolutely spot on, the beams simply dropped into place with no amendments needed and the concrete slip bricks made the job even easier.

Everything was delivered on time and the quality is excellent. Litecast have been a pleasure to deal with and I can’t rate them highly enough.

This was my first order with Litecast (via the internet). The online chat was quick & helpful & I also needed to talk to sales before order placement, this turned into a pleasant discussion!. Delivered as agreed. All excellent.

I made a small order for concrete floor beams and slip bricks for a domestic project. I was pleased with the quality of the beams, and the slip bricks were delivered well packed and dry which was nice. They also offered discount for 'round robin' delivery fitting it in amongst other orders. The downside was the communication: Several delays and misunderstandings with emails back and forth took a lot of time to get right, and they changed delivery arrangements last minute without letting me know.

From first contact to delivery,Litecadt have been both helpful and good value.
