I was very happy with the customer service I received from Jonny and his team. They were quick to resolve amendments to my order. I was also impressed with the quick turn around on my order.

as a keen diyer, I was able to design and lay this flooring system with ease, the help I received from Litecast was excellent and communication with the company was good, I used this floor primarily for its insulation properties and have not been disappointed.
The only downside (as a novice) was working out the thickness overall of the floor, as I needed it to meet an existing floor, in order to gauge where to start building

order delivered promptly and all correct. Several drawing revisions without problems prior to order. The driver was great - very professional, friendly and helpful and unloaded the beams in exactly the right place.

Had a fantastic experience with Litecast. Staff members I dealt with are extremely friendly and helpful. They work with you to get what you need and can deliver parts of your order as & when you require it. Ordering was quick and easy (took 3 days for us), our items came colour coded with a breakdown for each section that we ordered block and beam for. Will continue to work with this company in the future. very professional.

When ordering beams for our self build foundations we found Litecast helpful and friendly, the delivery arrived on time when expected and our builders commented that the beams were of good quality so would recommend.
