This website has the most difficult…

This website has the most difficult user experience I have experienced for a while. If this company has any integrity they would serve SERVE their customers with a competent and functional website. Ordering meals for my daughter with a disability was such a painful experience. It took more around 35 minutes to push through to get meals ordered. I am computer literate and this was not my first order, but it will be my last.

Lite n' Easy was made for guys like me ..

Since my wife went into care, I have had to fend for myself. Unfortunately, my cooking talents are limited to anything that comes out of a fry pan or microwave. Then, in Feb 2025, I decided to try Lite n' Easy and have had their dinners ever since. The varied menu means that I can enjoy dishes that I like and maintain a balanced diet at a reasonable price and the quality of the meals far surpasses other pre-cooked meals that I have tried.

The food is very good.

With L & E i find it much easier to control how much I eat at meal times . The meals are easy to prepare and very tasty. However, i do find that some vegetables such as carrots and potatoes are not very palatable in the fresh meals. Being able choose the meals I prefer for lunches and dinners is a great bonus.

WWhy did I wait so long?

Been using Lit n' Easy five months. Was using another meal company that were very good at the beginning. Unfortunately the quality varied at times. My aged care advisor suggested Lite n' Easy. I haven't looked back since i switched.

The meals whether they be the smaller meals for seniors of the full blown meals have been excellent not to mention the desserts.

Will I keep using Lite n' Easy? You can count on it.

The food is excellent and beautifully…

The food is excellent and beautifully presented. When we first started a few months ago delivery on the Friday was in the morning up the lunch time. But over the last few weeks it has been terrible. Twice I have had to telephone to see what was going on. Last week the delivery time was given as between 5:25pm and 8:30pm. This not good enough.

Lite n'easy Helps me Remain in my Family Home.

I am 80 years old. It became too exhausting for me to cook a meal and clean up afterwards. I commenced ordering lite n'easy meals over a year ago. The choice of meals is extremely good. It takes me less than 20 minutes to heat the plate, microwave the meal, set the table and organise a drink. I have my favourites, too numerous to list here. The only one I will not order again is the sausages with vegetables. The sausage is not up to the standard of my old butcher. I wish lite n' easy would upgrade their sausage because I would like to have a sausage meal now and again.

Homecare package receive second class help.

If you are on Home care package, You are second class to Lite n Easy, We have missed our order for another week due to not being able to speak to anyone at 3.50pm in QLD. Their phone service channels Home care package people away from receiving any help after 3.30pm QLD time, Hence we miss out for another week.

The stupid driver delivered my order…

The stupid driver delivered my order 5.20am 14 Oct. 25. It was left outside a residential building for anyone to take. My instructions are on the box etc. what number for him to announce his arrival. No the lazy idiot just left it outside. Why do I have meals delivered, because I am an invalid in pain and have to use a Walker. So I had to struggle to put this box on my Walker and now my pain has increased. This is the last delivery Light n Easy for me. This is not the first time this clown has left my box outside for the world.

VANISH(DOUGLAS) IS A LAZY DELIVERY DRIVER FROM LITE N EASY

Vanish is the same driver that delivered to us last time, he was hesitant to come to the building and go to our floor.

But TODAY, he did not activate the Route4Me Tracker, so you do not have any idea where he is.
He did not buzz the keypad at the gate and just left our order OUTSIDE THE GATE (kindly refer to the photos attached.)
If I did not read my text, our order will be stolen, will your company replace the order once it was stolen by someone else since he left outside the complex. 

If I did not pay attention to my texts I would not know where our order is....it just says that it was delivered.

There is an instructor on the label.

What about those people who is doing an amazing job in delivering like Ryan W, Robert MN, Henrique (CIRO), Douglas & Shubiham (Douglas). If these people can do the right thing why people like Vanish cannot do his job. He should not be hired again for there is no point for charging us delivery fee, when the delivery service is always unsatisfactory.

This is issue has not been resolved and it has been ongoing for a long period of time.
Would be possible just stick to those people that I mentioned above.

The website is the absolute worst

The website is the absolute worst. I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to order food for my 89 yo dad. He loves the soups. I just want to order 5 dinners and 10 soups but it’s impossible. Well not impossible, just a poorly designed app/webpage. I’m over this. Yes I can ring up tomorrow to place an order on the phone, but I find that an inconvenience when I have back to back appointments. Why can’t you have a simple website, spend some time and money developing your website, so busy people can order online easily, at their choice of time (late for me).

Delivery and updating credit card details.

I placed an order on the 30/9/25 and was advised it couldn't be delivered until the 7/10/25 because it was past the deadline cut off time. i was advised by email at the weekend that the credit card was declined. I tried to update the payment details on line on Sunday but couldn't find the section to update the details. As Monday, 6/10/25 was a public holiday. I phoned at 9 am Tuesday 7/10/25 to update the details and was advised the order had been cancelled and it was too late to have the order delivered tomorrow on Wednesday. I was REPEATEDLY told by Michelle that the system was set and orders HAD to be placed on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. We have been a customer for many years and because of the public holiday we now have to wait another week for delivery. Not very helpful!

We were delivered the wrong items

We were delivered the wrong items. I called a very unhelpful customer service person who said we didn't choose so we got random food and its too bad. However I did choose my meals. Very expensive 21 dinner delivered that will end up in the bin as we dont eat them. Very disappointed with the service.

Lite n Easy is so convenient for me as…

Lite n Easy is so convenient for me as a busy mum. It takes the stress out of thinking what I need to cook for dinner and instead, it’s there ready to go! Instead I can focus on other things, like the gym, getting my kids to their after school activities etc
The meals are delicious and fresh. Before starting lite n easy, I was sceptical of how fresh it would be- but it is! It’s literally like you would cook a meal at home.
I love lite n easy, and I look forward to ordering every week!
