This online store lists everything to be in their stock, but does not have any parts. They charged me $350 on 10/09, and never communicated to me about the expected shipping date. Had to call 5 days later and found out that the parts were not even on order with the MFG. Do not order from them.
The light arrived well packed and in good condition. The only wish I have is that the seller would provide better information regarding the order, and delivery. I was able to print my invoice, but the email confirming the order, I received only after calling the store. The invoice has only a general information about the shipping method, which says, "Our Carriers". No tracking number was provided, but after all that I am happy, I received my order. Thank you
